平肝降压方治疗原发性高血压（肝阳上亢证）的临床观察

【摘要】：目的:原发性高血压已成为现代社会危害人类健康的主要疾病之一,是常见的心血管疾病。单纯的西医治疗已不能够满足控制血压,改善症状提高患者生活质量的需求,故而寻求其他方法替代或者辅助降压。本研究以原发性高血压并符合肝阳上亢证的患者60例为研究对象,施以平肝降压方煎剂,与单纯服用西药对照,并结合自身服药前后比较,观察平肝降压方的降压效应,为高血压的临床治疗提供新的策略。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例辽宁中医药大学附属医院门诊部2014年1月至2015年11月期间确诊为高血压的患者,采用非随机对照研究方法,按1:1的比例分为中药组和对照组。对照组为不能接受中药煎剂的患者,但能规律服用其他降压药物控制血压;中药组服用平肝降压方煎剂,每日3次。观察两组患者治疗前后的血压变化水平,并以此作为降压疗效和症状疗效标准判定。所有数据采用SPSS17.0统计软件分析。结果:符合本次观察标准的60例病例中,中药组30例,对照组30例。经治疗后,两组在血压疗效方面均有明显降压作用,组间比较无统计学意义(P0.05)。中药组患者经过治疗后,收缩压和舒张压明显降低,且治疗前后比较有意义(P0.05)。两组在改善症状方面,中药组总有效率86.66%;对照组总有效率为23.33%,中药组明显优于对照组,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),平肝降压方能够明显改善中医临床症候。结论:1.平肝降压方能够有效的降低血压,将血压控制在正常范围内,具有良好的临床疗效。2.平肝降压方能够有效的改善高血压患者的中医证候。
[Abstract]:Objective: essential hypertension has become one of the main diseases endangering human health in modern society and is a common cardiovascular disease. Western medicine alone can no longer meet the needs of controlling blood pressure, improving symptoms and improving the quality of life of patients. In this study, 60 patients with essential hypertension and syndrome of liver-yang hyperactivity were treated with Pinggan Jiangya decoction, which was compared with western medicine alone. The antihypertensive effect of Pinggan Jiangya prescription was observed by comparison before and after medication. To provide a new strategy for the clinical treatment of hypertension. Methods: a non-randomized controlled study was conducted in 60 patients diagnosed as hypertension in outpatient department of affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2014 to November 2015. According to the ratio of 1: 1, the Chinese medicine group and the control group were divided into two groups. The control group was the patient who could not accept traditional Chinese medicine decoction, but could regularly take other antihypertensive drugs to control blood pressure; the traditional Chinese medicine group took Pinggan Jiangya decoction decoction, Three times a day, the changes of blood pressure were observed before and after treatment in both groups, which were used as criteria for the efficacy of hypotension and symptoms. All the data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 statistical software. Results: among the 60 patients who met the criteria of this observation, There were 30 cases in the traditional Chinese medicine group and 30 cases in the control group. After treatment, the two groups had obvious hypotensive effects on blood pressure, but there was no significant difference between the two groups. After treatment, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the Chinese medicine group decreased significantly. The total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group was 86.66, the total effective rate of the control group was 23.333.The traditional Chinese medicine group was obviously superior to the control group. The total effective rate of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). Pinggan Jiangya prescription could obviously improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine. Conclusion: 1. Pinggan Jiangya prescription can effectively lower blood pressure and control blood pressure within normal range. With good clinical efficacy. 2. Pinggan Jiangya prescription can effectively improve the TCM syndromes of patients with hypertension.
