针刺阴陵泉穴对脑梗死患者心率变异性的影响

【摘要】：目的：通过研究针刺阴陵泉穴对脑梗死患者心率变异性(heart rate variability)产生的影响,观察该穴是否能够引起脑梗死患者自主神经机能的改变,为临床治疗脑血管疾病患者合并自主神经失调提供参考依据。方法：随机性纳入在黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院住院治疗的30例脑梗死患者作为研究对象(男18人,女12人,年龄范围40-80岁)。对30例患者实施针刺阴陵泉穴治疗,分别于治疗前5min、针刺时、留针5min、留针10min、留针15min、留针20min、出针后5min,使用medilog(?) AR12动态心电记录仪监测30例患者的心率变异性,记录其各参考值,高频功率(HF)、低频功率(LF)、LF/HF、LF%、VLF%、ULF%等数据导出,并将数据录入SPSS 20.0统计软件进行统计学分析针刺前、留针、行针、出针后各指标的变化规律,P0.05具有统计学意义。结果：1.HF%、LF%、HF、LF与针刺前比较呈降低趋势(P0.05),2.ULF%、VLF%与治疗前比较呈上升趋势(P0.05),3. LogHF/LF针刺时、出针后与针刺前比较明显升高(P0.05),4.PNN50、SDNN出针后与针刺前比较明显降低(P0.05),5. RMSSD、ULF、VLF针刺时、针刺后、出针后与针刺前比较均未发生明显变化(P0.05)。结论：1.针刺阴陵泉穴可有效控制患者自主神经的平衡。2.针刺阴陵泉穴对脑梗死患者心率变异性有显著性影响。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of acupuncture on heart rate rate variability in patients with cerebral infarction, and to observe whether the point can cause the changes of autonomic nerve function in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: 30 patients with cerebral infarction (18 males and 12 females) who were hospitalized in the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly included in the study. The age range was 40-80 years old. 30 patients were treated with acupuncture at Yinling Quan, 5 min before treatment, 5 min after acupuncture, 5 min after acupuncture, 10 min, 15 min, 20 min after acupuncture, 5 min after injection, 5 min after acupuncture, 5 min after acupuncture, and 5 min after acupuncture. When RMSSDS-ULFFVLF was needled, after acupuncture, there was no significant difference between the two groups, and after acupuncture, there was no significant difference between the two groups, and there was no significant difference between the two groups. There was no significant change after acupuncture and before acupuncture. Conclusion: 1. Acupuncture at Yinlingquan can effectively control the balance of autonomic nerve. 2. Acupuncture at Yinlingquan has a significant effect on heart rate variability in patients with cerebral infarction.
