香砂六君子汤治疗脾虚夹湿型功能性腹泻临床疗效研究

【摘要】：目的:记录和观察经典古方香砂六君子汤治疗功能性腹泻(脾虚夹湿证)的临床疗效。方法:将江苏省中医院门诊收录符合功能性腹泻(脾虚夹湿型)诊断的60例病例,随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。治疗组给予经典古方香砂六君子汤加减,对照组给予目前现代医学临床常用药枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊(美常安)。一个疗程结束后,观察并记录两组治疗前与治疗后的病情改善情况(用积分表示),分别计算治疗组与对照组各主要症状积分、各次要症状积分及总症状积分,数据采用SPSS19.0统计软件分析,分别比较两组治疗前后组内及组间的症状改善情况。结果:一个疗程后(8周),主症大便次数及大便形状,组内比较,两组P0.05,说明两组治疗后均有效;两组组间比较,分析结果示P0.05,可见治疗组的疗效比对照组好。两组组内比较,次症纳呆、脘闷、腹胀、神疲、肠鸣,两组P0.05,说明两组治疗均有效;组间比较,次症纳呆、脘闷、腹胀,分析结果示P0.05,说明治疗组的疗效比对照组好;次症神疲、肠鸣,分析结果示P0.05,说明治疗后两组疗效无明显差异。治疗组总有效率达90%;对照组总有效率达83.3%;两组的总有效率P0.05,说明两组之间有明显差异。统计结果显示,治疗功能性腹泻(脾虚夹湿型),两组治疗均有效,但治疗组优于对照组。结论:香砂六君子汤治疗功能性腹泻(脾虚夹湿型)可以明显缓解症状。
[Abstract]:Objective: to record and observe the clinical effect of Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction on functional diarrhea (spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome). Methods: 60 cases of functional diarrhea (spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome) were included in the clinic of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine. The treatment group was randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). To observe and record the improvement of the condition before and after treatment in two groups (expressed by integral, calculate the main symptom integral, the secondary symptom integral and the total symptom integral of the treatment group and the control group, respectively). The data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical software. Results: after a course of treatment, after 8 weeks of treatment, the number of major bowel movements and the shape of stool were compared between the two groups (P0.05), which indicated that the two groups were effective after treatment. The results showed that P0.05, the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. The results showed that P0.05 showed that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90; the total effective rate of the control group was 83.3; the total effective rate of the two groups was P0.05, which indicated that there was a significant difference between the two groups. In the treatment of functional diarrhea (spleen deficiency and dampness type), both groups were effective, but the treatment group was superior to the control group. Conclusion: Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction can obviously relieve the symptoms of functional diarrhea (spleen deficiency and dampness type).
