【摘要】：目的:探讨甘肃地区男性海洛因成瘾者流行病学特征与中医痰性证素的关系。方法:对甘肃省下属酒泉市、嘉峪关市强制戒毒所、平凉市第十监狱共300名自愿参加调查的海洛因成瘾者,开展流行病学特征及毒品成瘾者中医PRO量表采集,应用证素辨证法提取中医证素。结果:毒瘾的形成与痰性证素密切相关,痰胶着难愈的特性是使瘾难以完全戒断的主要原因。海洛因成瘾者的吸毒量、吸毒频率、对毒品的渴求程度以及吸烟情况为痰性证素的危险因素。成瘾者的社会生活关系也与痰性证素的形成呈正相关。结论:痰胶着难愈的特性是使瘾难以完全戒断的主要原因,在中医药戒毒工作开展过程中,可以有选择的对成瘾者的痰证进行干预。除此,还可以从成瘾者社会关系的协调上找出毒品戒断突破口。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the relationship between the epidemiological characteristics of male heroin addicts in Gansu and the factors of sputum syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: compulsory drug treatment centers in Jiuquan City, Gansu Province and Jiayuguan City, Gansu Province were used. A total of 300 heroin addicts who volunteered to participate in the investigation in 10th prisons in Pingliang City were investigated. The epidemiological characteristics and PRO scale of traditional Chinese medicine for drug addicts were collected. Results: the formation of drug addiction is closely related to phlegm syndromes, and the characteristics of phlegm gluing are the main reasons that make it difficult to completely abstinence. The degree of drug craving and smoking were the risk factors of sputum syndrome factors. The relationship between social life of addicts and the formation of sputum syndromes was positively correlated. Conclusion: the characteristics of phlegm gluing are the main reasons for the difficulty of withdrawal. In the process of detoxification of traditional Chinese medicine, the phlegm syndrome of addicts can be intervened selectively, and the breakthrough of drug withdrawal can be found from the coordination of social relations among addicts.
