针刺捻转泻法治疗肝火上扰型耳鸣的临床研究

【摘要】：目的:观察针刺捻转泻法治疗肝火上扰型耳鸣的临床疗效。方法:105例符合入选标准的肝火上扰型耳鸣患者随机分为捻转泻法组、留针对照组和理疗对照组各35例,分别采用针刺捻转泻法、针刺留针及理疗三种方法治疗。各组治疗前后比较耳鸣严重程度评分、耳鸣临床疗效、耳鸣致残量表评分,3个疗程后对比评分结果。结果:治疗后各组耳鸣严重程度、耳鸣致残量表评分均下降(P0.05),且治疗后捻转泻法组评分均低于理疗对照组(P0.05),治疗前与治疗后的评分差值捻转泻法组均高于留针对照组及理疗对照组(P0.05),3组耳鸣显效率分别为60%、40%、31.4%,捻转泻法组和留针对照组显效率均高于理疗对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:针刺捻转泻法治疗肝火上扰型耳鸣疗效更佳。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of acupuncture twirling and reducing method on tinnitus caused by liver fire. Methods: 105 cases of tinnitus with liver fire were randomly divided into two groups: twisting and reducing method group, needle retention control group and physiotherapy control group, 35 cases in each group. They were treated with acupuncture twirling, acupuncture retention and physical therapy respectively. The scores of severity of tinnitus and the clinical efficacy of tinnitus were compared before and after treatment. The score of tinnitus disability scale was compared after 3 courses of treatment. Results: after treatment, the severity of tinnitus in each group, The scores of tinnitus disability scale were all decreased (P 0.05), and the scores of twisting and diarrhea group were lower than those of physiotherapy control group (P 0.05). The difference of score before and after treatment was higher than that in needle retention group and physiotherapy control group (P 0.05). The effective rates of the twisting and reducing method group and the needle retention control group were higher than those of the physiotherapy control group, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: acupuncture with twirling and purging is more effective in the treatment of tinnitus caused by liver fire.
