飞腾八法结合常规针刺治疗原发性失眠的临床疗效观察

【摘要】:目的:观察飞腾八法结合常规针刺与单纯常规针刺治疗原发性失眠的即时疗效及累积疗效差异,评价飞腾八法结合常规针刺治疗原发性失眠的临床疗效。方法:采用随机、对照的方法。将符合纳入标准的62例受试者随机分为治疗组和对照组。每组各31例,治疗组采用飞腾八法结合常规针刺治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗,疗程均为3周。分别于治疗前、初次治疗后、治疗结束后观察匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)总分、睡眠因子评分之间的差异。结果:(1)即时疗效比较:①组内比较:治疗组PSQI总分及睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率评分明显下降且具有统计学意义(P0.05);睡眠障碍、日间功能障碍评分有所下降,但无统计学意义(P0.05)。对照组睡眠各项因子评分无明显变化(P0.05)。②组间比较:两组PSQI,总分及睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间评分比较有统计学意义(P0.05);睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、日间功能障碍评分比较无统计学意义(P0.05)。(2)累积疗效比较:①组内比较:治疗组PSQI总分及睡眠各项因子评分比较有统计学意义(P0.05)。对照组PSQI总分及入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠质量、日间功能障碍评分比较有统计学意义(P0.05);睡眠效率、睡眠障碍评分比较无统计学意义(P0.05)。②组间比较:两组PSQI,总分及睡眠时间、睡眠效率评分比较有统计学意义(P0.05);睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠障碍、日间功能障碍评分比较无统计学意义(P0.05)。(3)总体疗效比较:两组睡眠总有效率比较无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:(1)观察到飞腾八法结合常规针刺及单纯常规针刺治疗原发性失眠均有效,但两组总体疗效相当。(2)在即时疗效方面,观察到飞腾八法结合常规针刺较单纯常规针刺具有更好的提高睡眠质量,缩短入睡时间,增加睡眠时间的疗效。在累积疗效方面,观察到飞腾八法结合常规针刺较常规针刺具有更好的增加睡眠时间,提高睡眠效率的疗效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the difference of immediate curative effect and cumulative curative effect between Feiteng eight method combined with routine acupuncture and simple routine acupuncture in the treatment of primary insomnia, and to evaluate the clinical effect of Feiteng eight method combined with routine acupuncture in the treatment of primary insomnia. 62 subjects who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 31) and control group (n = 31). The treatment group was treated with Feiten8 method combined with conventional acupuncture, while the control group was treated with routine acupuncture. The course of treatment was 3 weeks. The total score of Pittsburgh Sleep quality Index (PSQI) was observed before and after the first treatment. Results comparison of immediate curative effect: the total score of PSQI, sleep quality, sleep time, sleep time and sleep efficiency in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05). The score of daytime dysfunction decreased, but there was no statistical significance (P 0.05). There was no significant change in the scores of sleep factors in the control group. But the overall curative effect of the two groups is equivalent. 2) in the immediate curative effect, it is observed that Feiteng eight method combined with conventional acupuncture has a better effect on improving sleep quality, shortening sleep time and increasing sleep time than simple routine acupuncture. It was observed that Feiteng eight method combined with conventional acupuncture had a better effect on increasing sleep time and improving sleep efficiency than that of routine acupuncture.
