【摘要】：目的:应用数字挖掘技术分析姜老师治疗乳腺癌术后患者病历的症状及中药,总结姜老师治疗乳腺癌术后的经验。方法:收集姜老师诊治的乳腺癌术后病历,将符合要求的病历共31例,123诊次,进行原始资料的保存、整理,经数据处理后运用Excel表建立数据库,用SPSS17.0软件对乳腺癌术后患者的症状、中药、中药药类进行频数分析,总结出治疗乳腺癌术后的常见症状以及核心药物等;采用系统聚类法对出现频次在5次以上的药物进行聚类分析,找出乳腺癌术后治疗关系密切的药物组合。结果:1.频数分析结果:纳入病例中出现的频次≥20次的症状依次为:失眠、自汗、乏力、口干、纳呆。舌象中以舌红(40.3%)、苔白(28.0%)最多见,脉象以脉细(44.4%)、脉沉(42.8%)为主,占87.2%。中药总频数为2304次,使用频数最多的前15味药,频次均在40次以上,累计频率达52%,其中以黄芪的使用最多,频数为120次,其次为白术、茯苓,均≥100次。药类以补虚药(32.4%),清热药(19.1%)及利水渗湿药(9.9%)为主,占总中药频数的61.4%。2.聚类分析结果:对出现频次5次以上的药物进行聚类分析,得到常用药对10个、药物组合10个及药物组合体1个。结论:姜老师认为乳腺癌术后基本病机为正虚邪实,病位在肝、肾。正虚以气阴两虚和肝肾亏虚为主,邪实以热毒、痰湿、瘀血为主。故扶正祛邪是治疗本病的主要原则,临床上以益气养阴、扶正解毒为基本治疗原则。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the symptoms and medical records of the patients with breast cancer treated by Jiang by using digital mining technique, and to summarize the experiences of the patients with breast cancer treated by Jiang. Methods: the medical records of the patients with breast cancer treated by Jiang were collected. A total of 31 cases of medical records were examined for 123 times, and the original data were saved and sorted out. After data processing, the database was established by using Excel table, and the frequency of symptoms, traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine drugs after breast cancer operation were analyzed by SPSS17.0 software.
