【摘要】:近些年,专家学者提出了旨在促进中西医学融汇发展的“能量医学”新观点,从而突显出对中医“能量学”理论观点深入发掘的必要性。基于此,笔者以《黄帝内经》为基础,广泛搜集相关论点,分析并归纳了《内经》对“能量学”观点总结的规律,并以肺脏为示例论述了其能量学特点,提出肺脏能量循行可分为三大环节:肺脏能量起始于胃腑、肺脏是肺藏体系能量循行的主体、肺脏能量发泄于皮毛。通过查阅大量医学典籍,归纳总结历代医家提出的咳嗽相关的病因病机,在此基础上,依据肺脏能量学特点,重新分析,提出了“肺卫”能量输泄失职、“肺胃”能量通降不利、“肺脏”能量宣降失常的新病机观点,并提出了从“肺卫”“胃腑”“肺脏”三大能量循行环节论治的方法,指出了运用肺脏能量学特点论治咳嗽的优势。最后通过分析近些年诸多医家学者运用中医药治疗“咳嗽”相关的西医学疾病的临床资料,体现出运用肺脏能量学特点指导咳嗽诊治的可行性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, experts and scholars have put forward a new viewpoint of "energy medicine" aimed at promoting the development of Chinese and Western medicine fusion, which highlights the necessity of exploring the theory of "energy science" of traditional Chinese medicine. Based on this, the author bases on Huangdi's Internal Classic. This paper extensively collects relevant arguments, analyzes and sums up the rule of summarizing the viewpoint of "energy science" in "Internal Classic", and discusses the characteristics of its energy science by taking lung as an example, and points out that the energy circulation of lung can be divided into three parts: the lung energy originates from the stomach organ, The lung is the main body of the lung storage system energy, and the lung energy is venting on the fur. By consulting a large number of medical classics, the etiology and pathogenesis of cough are summarized and summarized by doctors of all dynasties. On this basis, according to the characteristics of lung energy, Through reanalysis, this paper puts forward the new pathogenesis of "lung Wei" energy leakage, "lung stomach" energy flow unfavorable, "lung" energy loss disorder, and puts forward the method of treating according to "lung Wei" stomach "stomach" "lung organs" three major energy along links. This paper points out the advantages of using the characteristics of lung energy to treat cough. Finally, by analyzing the clinical data of many doctors and scholars using traditional Chinese medicine to treat "cough" related western medical diseases in recent years, It shows the feasibility of using the characteristics of lung energy to guide the diagnosis and treatment of cough.
