【摘要】：乙型肝炎病毒相关性肾炎是临床常见疾病,其临床表现与原发性肾小球肾炎相似,以浮肿、泡沫尿为主要表现,后期可出现肾病综合征表现,甚至出现肾功能减退,发展为尿毒症期。该病具有迁延性、不典型、多样化等特点。邵朝弟教授认为其中医病机在于正气不足,湿热毒邪壅滞,邵教授运用自拟补肾祛邪方以补气养阴,清热解毒治疗该病,临床疗效显著。
[Abstract]:Hepatitis B virus associated glomerulonephritis is a common clinical disease. Its clinical manifestation is similar to that of primary glomerulonephritis. Professor Shao Chaodi believes that the pathogenesis of the disease lies in the deficiency of qi, dampness and heat, and the stagnation of evil. Professor Shao uses the prescription of tonifying kidney, dispelling evil to nourish qi and nourish Yin. The curative effect of clearing away heat and detoxification for the disease is remarkable.
