中药坐浴治疗痔疮术后并发症临床疗效的Meta分析

【摘要】：目的定量分析中药坐浴治疗痔疮术后并发症的临床疗效,为临床决策与实践提供科学有效、实用可行的证据。方法电子检索2016年8月前全文发表在国内期刊杂志上的随机对照实验,筛选出符合纳入标准的文献并追踪相关参考文献,另手工检索《中华护理杂志》进行补充,采用Cochrane协作网的文献质量标准对文献质量进行评鉴,并用Revman5.3软件进行Meta分析、敏感性分析、偏倚的识别。结果共11篇文献符合纳入标准但总体质量为中等;中药坐浴治疗痔疮术后并发症的总体疗效较高锰酸钾坐浴有一定优势,合并效应量OR=10.11,95%CI为6.31-16.21,z=9.60,P0.00001;敏感性分析结果与原结果无本质差别,Meta分析结果稳定可靠;漏斗图不对称,考虑存在发表性偏倚。结论在治疗痔疮术后并发症方面,中药坐浴治疗痔疮术后并发症的总体疗效较高锰酸钾坐浴有一定优势,但由于一定偏倚因素的影响,研究结果的真实性、可信性有待于更高质量的证据的支持。
[Abstract]:Objective to quantitatively analyze the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of postoperative complications of hemorrhoids, and to provide scientific and effective methods for clinical decision-making and practice. Methods Electronic retrieval of the full text published in domestic journals before August 2016, randomized controlled trials, selected documents that met the inclusion criteria, and followed up related references. In addition, the Chinese Journal of Nursing was manually searched for supplement, and the literature quality standard of Cochrane Cooperative Network was used to evaluate the literature quality. The Meta analysis and sensitivity analysis were carried out with Revman5.3 software. Results 11 articles met the inclusion criteria but the overall quality was medium. The overall curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in treating postoperative complications of hemorrhoids was superior to that of potassium permanganate sitting bath. The CI of the combined effect was 6.31-16.21 ~ 9.60 P0.00001. There was no essential difference between the sensitivity analysis results and the original results. The results of Meta-analysis were stable and reliable. The funnel graph was asymmetric and the published bias was considered. Conclusion in the treatment of postoperative complications of hemorrhoids, there is no significant difference between the results of sensitivity analysis and the original results, and the results of Meta-analysis are stable and reliable. Conclusion in the treatment of postoperative complications of hemorrhoids, The overall curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in treating postoperative complications of hemorrhoids is superior to that of potassium permanganate, but due to the influence of certain bias factors, the authenticity of the research results and the credibility of the results need to be supported by higher quality evidence.
