赵荣胜主任临床经验总结及暖宫逐瘀丸对原发性痛经寒凝血瘀证的疗效研究

【摘要】：目的科研部分:探讨暖宫逐瘀丸对原发性痛经寒凝血瘀证的临床疗效及安全性。导师经验总结部分:全面地总结赵荣胜老师治疗月经病的学术思想和临床经验。方法科研部分:将我院2012年8月~2015年8月妇科门诊符合纳入标准的70例原发性痛经(寒凝血瘀证)患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例,对照组予以桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗,治疗组予以暖宫逐瘀丸治疗,连续治疗3个月经周期后比较,观察两组患者临床疗效、疼痛缓解情况、凝血功能相关指标变化及不良反应发生率指标。导师经验总结部分:跟师抄方、查房、导师指导学习等。结果科研部分:治疗结束后,治疗组总有效率(91.4%)明显高于对照组(71.4%),而其不良反应发生率为5.7%,明显低于对照组11.4%,比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);两组患者痛经程度较前均有减轻,而治疗组疼痛缓解更明显,其凝血功能相关指标改善也更显著,比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。导师经验总结部分:全面地总结了赵荣胜老师治疗月经病的学术思想和临床经验。并根据近50年临床经验总结治疗月经病的经验方组成、功用、主治及方解。结论科研部分:暖宫逐瘀丸治疗寒血瘀证原发性痛经疗效确切,可减轻患者痛经疼痛程度,有效改善凝血功能,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床应用。导师经验总结部分:通过总结赵荣胜老师治疗月经病的学术思想和临床经验,使导师经验得以传承。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the clinical efficacy and safety of warm Gong Zhuyu Pill in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis. Methods in the part of scientific research, 70 patients with primary dysmenorrhea (cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome) who met the standard of gynecological outpatient from August 2012 to August 2015 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Guizhi Fuling capsule, and the treatment group was treated with warm Gong Zhuyu pills. After 3 consecutive menstrual cycles, the clinical efficacy and pain relief of the two groups were observed. The related indexes of coagulation function and the incidence index of adverse reactions. The part of tutor's experience summary: follow the teacher to copy the prescription, the rounds, the tutor instruction study and so on. Results the scientific research part: after the treatment, The total effective rate of the treatment group (91.4) was significantly higher than that of the control group (71.4%), while the incidence of adverse reactions was 5.70.It was significantly lower than that of the control group (11.4%), and the difference was statistically significant (P0.050.The degree of dysmenorrhea in the two groups was less than before, and the pain relief in the treatment group was more obvious. The improvement of coagulation function related indexes was also more significant. The difference is statistically significant (P 0.05). The teacher's experience in the treatment of menstrual diseases is summarized in the following parts: the academic thoughts and clinical experiences of teacher Zhao Rongsheng in the treatment of menstrual diseases are summarized in an all-round way, and the components and functions of the prescription for treating menstrual diseases are summarized according to the clinical experience of the past 50 years. Conclusion: warm Gong Zhuyu Pill is effective in treating primary dysmenorrhea of cold and blood stasis syndrome, which can reduce the degree of dysmenorrhea pain, improve coagulation function and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical application. The tutor experience is summarized in the part of teacher Zhao Rongsheng's academic thought and clinical experience in the treatment of menstrual disease, so that the tutor experience can be passed on.
