炙马钱子胶囊治疗硼替佐米致周围神经病变的临床研究

【摘要】：目的:观察炙马钱子胶囊治疗硼替佐米致周围神经病(bortezomib-induced peripheral neuropathy,BIPN)的临床疗效。方法:收集19例经弥可保等药物治疗无效的患者,采用自身前后对照方法,予炙马钱子胶囊口服治疗,观察治疗前后神经毒性评分、神经痛分级、中医症候积分及肌电图神经传导速度,评价中药有效率。结果:治疗后神经毒性评分、神经痛分级、中医症候积分降低(P0.05),神经传导速度增加(P0.05),疗效肯定,无明显毒副反应。结论:马钱子治疗BIPN安全有效,可改善骨髓瘤患者预后;采用非侵入性、精准、中西医结合的评估体系,可更早诊断BIPN,更好提供中药治疗有效的科学依据。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of bortezomib-induced peripheral neuropathytic neuropathy (BIPN) treated by bortezomib-induced peripheral neuropathycin. The neurotoxicity score, neuralgia grade, TCM symptom score and electromyographic nerve conduction velocity were observed before and after treatment, and the effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine was evaluated. The integral of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine decreased P0.05A, nerve conduction velocity increased P0.05A, the curative effect is certain, no obvious side effect. Conclusion: brucine is safe and effective in treating BIPN, it can improve the prognosis of patients with myeloma, and adopt a non-invasive, accurate, integrated evaluation system of traditional Chinese and western medicine. It can diagnose BIPN earlier and provide scientific basis for the effective treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
