芪桂益脉灵治疗稳定型心绞痛伴抑郁状态患者的临床研究

【摘要】：目的:通过应用芪桂益脉灵治疗气虚血瘀型稳定型心绞痛伴抑郁状态患者,对比治疗前后心绞痛症状、中医证候积分、心电图缺血情况和HAMD积分,探讨芪桂益脉灵治疗稳定型心绞痛伴抑郁状态的临床疗效。方法:收集来自黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院心血管病四科门诊就诊,辨证符合气虚血瘀型的稳定型心绞痛伴抑郁状态诊断标准的患者30例,给予中药芪桂益脉灵进行治疗,每日1剂,300ml日两次,早晚温服。4周为一个疗程,观察一个疗程,观察并记录治疗前后患者心绞痛症状、中医证候积分、心电图缺血情况和HAMD积分情况,数据均采用SPSS19.0统计软件进行统计与分析。结果:1.心绞痛症状比较:治疗后与治疗前相比较,心绞痛发作次数、持续时间、疼痛程度、硝酸甘油使用量显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。2.中医证候积分比较:治疗后与治疗前相比较,中医证候积分显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。3.心电图缺血情况:在心电图疗效方面,显效3例,有效者11例,总有效率为46.67%。4.HAMD积分比较:治疗后与治疗前相比较,HAMD积分显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:1.芪桂益脉灵能够改善气虚血瘀型稳定型心绞痛伴抑郁状态患者的心绞痛症状。2.芪桂益脉灵能够有效降低气虚血瘀型稳定型心绞痛伴抑郁状态患者的中医证候积分。3.芪桂益脉灵能够改善气虚血瘀型稳定型心绞痛伴抑郁状态患者心电图缺血情况。4.芪桂益脉灵能够有效降低气虚血瘀型稳定型心绞痛伴抑郁状态患者的HAMD积分。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the symptoms of angina pectoris, TCM syndromes, electrocardiogram ischemia and HAMD score before and after treatment with Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis stable angina pectoris and depression. To explore the clinical effect of Qigui Yimailing in treating stable angina pectoris with depression. Methods: four outpatients of cardiovascular diseases from the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine were collected. Thirty patients with stable angina pectoris associated with depression were treated with Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type stable angina pectoris and depressive state. They were treated with Qigui Yimai Ling twice a day, once a day with 300ml / d, and taken warm for a course of 4 weeks in the morning and evening, and observed a course of treatment. The symptoms of angina pectoris, TCM syndromes score, electrocardiogram ischemia and HAMD score were observed and recorded before and after treatment. The data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 software. Results: comparing the symptoms of angina pectoris: compared with before treatment, the number of angina pectoris attack, duration of angina pectoris, pain degree and the usage of nitroglycerin decreased significantly after treatment. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05) .2.Compared with that before treatment, the score of TCM syndromes decreased significantly after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). 3. Electrocardiogram ischemia: in the effect of electrocardiogram, 3 cases were effective, 11 cases were effective. The total effective rate was compared with 46.67%.4.HAMD score. Conclusion 1. Qi-Gui Yi-mai Ling can improve angina pectoris symptom of stable angina pectoris with depressive state of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type. 2. Qigui Yimailing can effectively reduce stable angina pectoris of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type with inhibition of angina pectoris. Qi-Gui Yi-mai Ling can improve ECG ischemia in patients with Qi deficiency and Blood stasis type stable angina pectoris with depression state .4.Qigui Yimai Ling can effectively reduce Qi deficiency and Blood stasis stable angina pectoris. HAMD score of patients with depression.
