加味左金汤治疗胃溃疡的临床效果观察

【摘要】：目的探讨加味左金汤治疗胃溃疡的临床效果,为加味左金汤治疗胃溃疡的临床治疗提供理论依据和参考意义。方法选取2014年1月—2017年6月在浙江老年关怀医院接受治疗的104例胃溃疡患者为研究对象,并将其随机分为观察组与对照组,各52例。对照组患者采用幽门螺杆菌(HP)四联疗法进行治疗观察,观察组患者采用加味左金汤联合HP四联疗法进行治疗观察,分析比较两组患者治疗效果、HP清除率及不良反应情况。结果观察组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组的HP清除率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗期间,观察组无不良反应发生,对照组有2例患者出现轻微程度的恶心、呕吐等不良反应,且均出现在治疗阶段的中前期。结论加味左金汤治疗胃溃疡的临床效果显著,改善了生活质量,提高了HP清除率,临床治疗过程中值得推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of Jiawei Zuojin decoction on gastric ulcer. Methods 104 patients with gastric ulcer who were treated in Zhejiang elderly Care Hospital from January 2014 to June 2017 were selected as subjects. The patients in the control group were treated with the combined therapy of Helicobacter pylori HP4, and the patients in the observation group were treated with Jiawei Zuojin decoction combined with HP tetralogy. Results the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05), the HP clearance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05), the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). There were no adverse reactions in the observation group, 2 patients in the control group had slight nausea, vomiting and other adverse reactions, all of them appeared in the middle and early stage of treatment. Conclusion the clinical effect of Jiawei Zuojin decoction on gastric ulcer is remarkable. The quality of life is improved and HP clearance rate is improved. It is worth popularizing in the course of clinical treatment.
