证候诊断标准研究的关键问题探讨

【摘要】：基于证候诊断标准研究的重要性,文章首先从理论研究、临床应用和新药研发三方面对证候诊断标准的研究价值和意义进行了阐释。然后针对诊断标准研制过程中存在的如主证和主症的确定、诊断形式构建、数据处理与理论拟合、标准的验证推广等关键问题,深入思考并提出相关认识和看法,认为以诊断明确的现代医学疾病为切入点,以高质量的文献、专家调查数据和临床研究数据为基础,优化组合多种数理统计手段,挖掘构建符合中医辨证思维的数理诊断模型,以证候量表的模式和结构建立疾病常见证候的量化或定性诊断标准,以专家辨证标准、以方测证为评价手段,以项目组之外的应用为推广途径,将是解决关键问题的可行思路和方法。
[Abstract]:Based on the importance of the research on the diagnostic criteria of syndrome, this paper first studies from the theory, The research value and significance of the diagnostic criteria for syndromes are explained in clinical application and new drug development. Then, the determination of main symptoms and symptoms, the construction of diagnostic forms, the data processing and theoretical fitting in the process of development of diagnostic criteria are discussed. The verification and popularization of the standard and other key issues, in-depth thinking and put forward the relevant knowledge and views, think that the diagnosis of modern medical diseases as a breakthrough point, based on high-quality literature, expert survey data and clinical research data as the basis, To optimize the combination of various mathematical statistical means, excavate and construct the mathematical diagnosis model in accordance with TCM dialectical thinking, establish the quantitative or qualitative diagnostic standard of common syndromes of diseases by the pattern and structure of syndrome scale, and establish the standard of expert syndrome differentiation. It will be a feasible way to solve the key problems by taking the square test as the evaluation method and the application outside the project group as the way of popularization.
