柴葛牵正饮治疗特发性面神经麻痹临床疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:本研究通过对导师自拟柴葛牵正饮(小柴胡汤合升麻葛根汤加玉竹、白及)治疗特发性面神经麻痹邪犯少阳,阳明络阻证的临床疗效观察,评价其在特发性面神经麻痹辨证治疗中的有效性,为中医治疗特发性面神经麻痹提供新的思路与方法。方法:将符合纳入标准的特发性面神经麻痹患者66例随机分为两组,其中治疗组33例,给予柴葛牵正饮及西药基础治疗;对照组33例,给予西药基础治疗,两组疗程均为4周。观察治疗前、治疗4周后两组患者House-Brackmann量表分级及评分、中医症状及体征积分的改善情况,评价两组各自疗效。结果:经统计学分析,1.治疗后两组在H-B量表分级评定及评分方面均有改善,其中治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为为93.55%和80.65%,两组临床疗效间有显著差异性(P0.05)。2.治疗后两组在中医证候方面均有改善,且治疗组明显优于对照组,尤其在口苦、咽干口渴、胸胁满闷、头晕、食欲不振的改善方面,两组中医证候总积分差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。3.两组中医症状改善总有效率分别为:96.77%和83.87%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:柴葛牵正饮能有效促进面神经功能的恢复,显著改善特发性面神经麻痹的症状和体征,且该方药无明显毒副作用,值得进一步研究推广。
[Abstract]:Objective: through the study of the teacher from Chaige Qianzheng Decoction (Koshiba Koyurisemahoneyukawatake, Rhizoma Bletillae) for the treatment of idiopathic facial paralysis invading the Shaoyang, to observe the clinical effect of Yangming collateral stagnation syndrome, and evaluate its effectiveness in idiopathic facial paralysis syndrome differentiation treatment, provide new ideas and methods for Chinese medicine treatment of idiopathic facial nerve paralysis. Methods: 66 patients with idiopathic paralysis were randomly divided into two groups of facial nerve inclusion criteria, including 33 cases of treatment group, given Chaige Qianzheng Decoction and Western medicine therapy; 33 cases in control group were given western medicine treatment, two groups were treated for 4 weeks. Conclusion: Chaige Qianzheng decoction can effectively promote facial nerve the function recovery, improve idiopathic facial paralysis symptoms and signs, and the drugs have no obvious side effect, it is worthy of further study.
