侗医滑塞病研究

【摘要】：从病因、病理、诊断、治疗、用药等方面总结了侗医对滑塞病的认识视角与应对方法.认为滑塞病是由人体内各组成部分间物质、能量与信息传递中过于不及的两类极端表现,水的溶解性与流动性使水成为气血津液的承载物,水的承载与气的推动是滑塞病的内在病因,阻塞与泄泻是其外在的病理表现.诊断依照病人滑塞的感受并通过看、闻、问、摸、算收集相关信息,治疗依据塞者散之、滑者收之的原则,选用香味散性药治疗塞病,酸涩味收性药治疗滑病,同时通过调理气血,有较好的治疗效果.
[Abstract]:From etiology, pathology, diagnosis, treatment, medication and so on, this paper summarizes the cognition angle of view and coping method of slip plug disease by Dong doctors. It is considered that slip plug disease is two kinds of extreme manifestations which are too much inferior to each other in the transmission of energy and information between the various components of the human body. The solubility and fluidity of water make water become the carrier of qi, blood and body fluid, the load of water and the promotion of gas are the internal cause of skid plug disease, and blockage and diarrhea are the external pathological manifestation. The diagnosis is based on the patient's feeling of sliding plug and through seeing, smelling, asking. By calculating and collecting relevant information, the treatment is based on the principle that the stopper is scattered, the slippery is collected, the scented medicine is used to treat the stopper disease, and the sour and astringent medicine is used to treat the slippery disease. At the same time, it has a better therapeutic effect by regulating qi and blood.
