100例新癀片联合黄马酊和槐花蜂蜜治疗急性痛风性关节炎临床观察

【摘要】：目的观察新癀片联合黄马酊和槐花蜂蜜外敷患处治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将100例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各50例,均采用常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用新癀片联合黄马酊和槐花蜂蜜持续外敷患处,两组在治疗1周后观察疗效。结果治疗组在缓解肿胀程度、疼痛指数及C反应蛋白(CRP)等方面均优于对照组,治疗组有效率为94.00%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上,新癀片联合黄马酊和槐花蜂蜜外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎能明显缓解疼痛,改善急性痛风性关节炎的效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical efficacy of Xinhuang tablet combined with Huangma tincture and Huai Hua honey in treating acute gouty arthritis. Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into control group (n = 50) and treatment group (n = 50). On this basis, the treatment group was treated with Xinhuang tablet combined with Huangma tincture and Sophora sophora honey, and the two groups were observed after one week of treatment. Results the treatment group was superior to the control group in relieving swelling degree, pain index and C-reactive protein (CRP), etc. Conclusion on the basis of routine treatment, Xinhuang tablet combined with Huangma tincture and Huai Hua honey can obviously relieve pain and improve the effect of acute gouty arthritis.
