闽南针家张水生针灸临床特色

【摘要】：张水生是福建针灸名家,通过整理其论文和医案,发现其针灸临床特色表现为:尊崇《黄帝内经》中对"厥头痛"的分经认识,以"辨经论治"为大法完善临床具体疗法;善用巨、缪刺法,主张虚实是巨刺法的辨证关键,脉象正常而体表血络的异常变化是缪刺(刺络)的辨证依据,两种刺法均强调得气;善治下肢深静脉血栓,常采用透穴深刺加温针灸辅以电针之法;善疗咳嗽,独创"平刺走罐法";传承国学,养身保健,设计"踏豆按摩法"治疗失眠病和多汗病。
[Abstract]:Zhang Shui is a famous acupuncture and moxibustion expert in Fujian Province. By sorting out his papers and medical cases, the author finds that the clinical features of acupuncture and moxibustion are as follows: respecting the recognition of "syncope headache" in "Huangdi Internal Classic", and perfecting the clinical concrete therapy with "differentiation and treatment" as the major method; It is argued that deficiency and reality are the key to differentiation of symptoms and signs of giant pricking, normal pulse and abnormal changes of body surface blood and collaterals are the basis of syndrome differentiation of acupuncture (pricking collaterals), and both needling methods emphasize qi, and treat deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity easily. The method of acupuncture and moxibustion with deep needling and warming through acupoints is often used; the method of good treatment of cough and the original method of "flat prickle and cupping" are adopted; traditional Chinese culture is passed on, health care is maintained, and the method of massage with peas is designed to treat insomnia and hyperhidrosis.
