头针巨刺法治疗运动性失语的临床研究

【摘要】：目的:观察头针巨刺法治疗中风后运动性失语和非巨刺法针刺的疗效,比较两种方法的疗效差异和优势,并进行分析、判定,初步阐明头针巨刺法治疗运动性失语的机理,为临床治疗运动性失语提供新的方法。方法:本课题选60例中风后运动性失语患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组进行对照观察治疗,各30例。治疗组选穴:健侧头部言语一区,百会穴、四神聪、哑门、廉泉,伴随上下肢常规穴位;对照组选穴:患侧头部言语一区,其余同治疗组。两组每日治疗1次,连续10天,休息1天,10天为1疗程,治疗3个疗程观察疗效。结果:治疗组中,痊愈5例,显效13例,进步9例,无效3例,临床总有效率为90.0%;对照组痊愈2例,显效7例,进步13例,无效8例,临床总有效率为73.33%。结果经统计学分析P0.05,有显著性差异,具有统计学意义,治疗组治疗效果优于对照组。结论:头针巨刺疗法治疗中风后运动性失语与非巨刺疗法均有疗效,相比之下,头针巨刺法改善言语功能效果更明显,疗效更好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the therapeutic effect of scalp acupuncture on motor aphasia after stroke, to compare the difference and advantage of the two methods, and to analyze and judge the mechanism of scalp acupuncture for motor aphasia. Methods: 60 patients with motor aphasia after stroke were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. Baihui acupoint, Sishengcong, Yimen, Lianquan, with normal acupoints of upper and lower limbs; control group: head speech area of the affected side, the other treatment group. The two groups were treated once a day for 10 days, rest for 10 days as a course of treatment. Results: in the treatment group, 5 cases were cured, 13 cases were marked effect, 9 cases were improved, 3 cases were ineffective, the total clinical effective rate was 90.0%, while in the control group, 2 cases were cured, 7 cases were significantly improved, 13 cases were improved, 8 cases were ineffective. Results the total effective rate was 73.33. Results there was significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: the scalp acupuncture giant prick therapy is effective in treating motor aphasia after stroke and non-giant prick therapy. In contrast, the scalp acupuncture method improved speech function more obviously, the effect is better.
