疏风解毒胶囊治疗流行性角结膜炎的临床观察

【摘要】：目的:观察疏风解毒胶囊治疗流行性角结膜炎的临床疗效。方法:收集2015年6月-2015年12月哈尔滨市中医医院收治的84例流行性角膜炎患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合疏风解毒胶囊治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后症状、体征积分变化情况、治愈时间,评价临床治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组症状、体征积分比较无统计学意义;治疗后,观察组症状、体征积分为(8.61±2.11)分,对照组症状、体征积分为(15.11±2.67)分,两组积分差异比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组总有效率(92.65%)高于对照组总有效率(81.16%)(P0.05);观察组平均治愈时间为(5.18±1.24)d,对照组平均治愈时间为(8.15±1.14)d,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:疏风解毒胶囊联合西药治疗流行性角结膜炎的临床疗效显著,能加快临床恢复。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Shufeng jiedu capsule on epidemic keratoconjunctivitis. Methods: 84 cases of epidemic keratitis treated in Harbin traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2015 to December 2015 were collected. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group was treated with routine western medicine, the observation group was treated with Shufeng jiedu capsule on the basis of control group, and the changes of symptoms, signs, integral and cure time were observed before and after treatment. Results: before treatment, the scores of symptoms and signs in the observation group were 8.61 卤2.11) and those in the control group were 15.11 卤2.67, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05); the total effective rate in the observation group was 92.65) higher than that in the control group (81.16) and the average cure time was 5.18 卤1.24 days in the observation group and 8.15 卤1.14 days in the control group. Conclusion: Shufeng jiedu capsule combined with western medicine is effective in the treatment of epidemic keratoconjunctivitis and can accelerate the clinical recovery.
