颈部保健操配合中药蜡疗治疗神经根型颈椎病血瘀气滞证临床观察

【摘要】：目的:观察颈部保健操配合中药蜡疗治疗神经根型颈椎病血瘀气滞证的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年1—12月在本院针灸科治疗的神经根型颈椎病血瘀气滞证患者180例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组90例。观察组患者1例中途因出差退出。对照组给予西医常规对症治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予颈部保健操加中药蜡疗治疗。结果:观察组有效率为97.75%,对照组有效率为90.00%,观察组优于对照组(P0.05);观察组平均住院费用、平均住院时间、满意度均优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:颈部保健操配合中药蜡疗治疗神经根型颈椎病血瘀气滞证临床疗效显著。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of cervical exercise combined with traditional Chinese medicine wax therapy on blood stasis and qi stagnation of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type. Methods: 180 cases of syndrome of blood stasis and qi stagnation of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type treated in acupuncture and moxibustion department of our hospital from January to December 2014 were selected. According to the random digital table method, the patients were divided into observation group (n = 90) and control group (n = 90). Results: the effective rate of the observation group was 97.75 and the effective rate of the control group was 90.000.The observation group was superior to the control group (P 0.05), the average hospitalization cost and the average hospitalization time of the observation group were better than that of the control group. Conclusion: the treatment of cervical exercise combined with traditional Chinese medicine wax therapy for cervical spondylopathy of nerve root type blood stasis qi stagnation syndrome clinical curative effect is remarkable.
