肺癌患者中医体质及中医辨证分型与临床TNM分期及病理类型之间的关系分析

【摘要】：目的:研究分析肺癌患者中医体质及中医辨证分型与临床TNM分期及病理类型之间的关系,为临床诊疗提供依据。方法:选取肺癌患者200例,根据患者的中医体质及中医辨证分型对患者进行统计整理,同时收集整理全部患者的临床TNM分期及病理类型,并分析总结中医体质及中医辨证分型与临床TNM分期及病理类型之间的关系。结果:肺癌患者中医体质与TNM分期的研究中,Ⅰ期患者量少,以平和质、气虚质、痰湿质为主,Ⅱ期患者以痰湿质、湿热质为主,Ⅲ期患者以阳虚质为主,其次为气虚质、阴虚质,Ⅳ期患者主要为阴虚质、气虚质和气郁质,通过应用Fisher确切概率法检验,中医体质与TNM分期之间具有一定的统计学意义(P0.05);肺癌患者中医辨证分型与TNM分期的研究中,Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期患者均以气虚痰湿证为主,Ⅱ期患者其次为阴虚热毒证,Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期患者均以气阴两虚证为主,其次为阴虚热毒证、气血瘀滞证。通过应用Fisher确切概率法检验,中医辨证分型与TNM分期之间具有一定的统计学意义(P0.05),中医体质与病理类型之间、中医辨证分型与病理类型之间无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:肺癌患者的中医体质及中医辨证分型与临床TNM分期之间具有一定的相关性,但是中医体质及中医辨证分型与其病理类型之间无明确的相关性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study and analyze the relationship between TCM constitution, TCM syndrome differentiation and clinical TNM staging and pathological type of lung cancer patients. Methods: 200 patients with lung cancer were selected. According to the TCM constitution and TCM syndrome differentiation classification, the patients were collected and sorted out all the clinical TNM stages and pathological types. The relationship between TCM constitution, TCM syndrome differentiation and clinical TNM staging and pathological type was analyzed and summarized. Results: in the study of TCM constitution and TNM staging of lung cancer patients, the number of patients in stage I was small, and the main factors were mild quality, deficiency of qi, phlegm and dampness.
