西藏胡黄连根茎的化学成分研究

【摘要】：目的:研究胡黄连Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora.Pennell根茎的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶、MCI和反相硅胶柱色谱以及半制备HPLC等手段进行分离纯化,并通过MS和NMR等波谱技术进行化合物结构鉴定。结果:从胡黄连根茎甲醇提取物中分离得到了7个化合物,分别鉴定为胡黄连苷Ⅵ(1),胡黄连苷Ⅰ(2),胡黄连苷Ⅱ(3),胡黄连苷Ⅲ(4),6-O-E-阿魏酰基梓醇(5),米内苷(6),草夹竹桃苷(7)。结论:化合物1为首次报道的新化合物。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the chemical constituents of Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora.Pennell rhizome.Methods: the compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, reverse silica gel column chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC.
