补肾降浊法对老年高血压合并阿尔兹海默病患者生活质量改善的临床观察

【摘要】：目的:研究补肾降浊法对老年高血压合并阿尔兹海默病患者生活质量改善状况。方法:选取2014年6月—2016年8月本院接诊的84例老年高血压合并阿尔兹海默病患者作为本次研究对象。按随机数字法分为观察组(n=42)与对照组(n=42)。对照组给予基础治疗,观察组在基础治疗基础上采用补肾降浊法治疗,观察比较两组患者治疗前后的血压(收缩压、舒张压)、生活质量评分(MMSE、ADL、NPI、GDS评分)变化情况,及其不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗前两组患者血压、生活质量评分均无显著差异(P0.05)。治疗后3个月,观察组的收缩压与舒张压均显著下降,且观察组明显低于对照组(P0.05);观察组的MMSE和ADL量表评分均显著提高,且观察组高于对照组(P0.05);观察组的NPI和GDS量表评分均显著下降,且观察组低于对照组(P0.05),两组的不良反应比较无显著差异(P0.05)。结论:补肾降浊法治疗老年高血压合并阿尔兹海默病的临床疗效良好,可显著改善患者生活质量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the improvement of quality of life in elderly patients with hypertension and Alzheimer's disease by tonifying kidney and reducing turbidity.Methods: 84 elderly patients with hypertension complicated with Alzheimer's disease were selected from June 2014 to August 2016.According to the random number method, the observation group and the control group were divided into two groups: the observation group and the control group.The control group was given basic treatment, and the observation group was treated with the method of tonifying kidney and reducing turbidity on the basis of basic treatment. The changes of blood pressure (systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, quality of life score and MMSE / ADLNPIN GDS score) before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.And the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results: there was no significant difference in blood pressure and quality of life score between the two groups before treatment.After 3 months of treatment, systolic and diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly in the observation group, and were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (P 0.05), and the scores of MMSE and ADL in the observation group were significantly increased.The scores of NPI and GDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05), and there was no significant difference in the adverse reactions between the two groups (P 0.05).Conclusion: the therapy of tonifying kidney and reducing turbidity can improve the quality of life of elderly patients with hypertension and Alzheimer's disease.
