论证候量表的诊断功能与评价功能

【摘要】：有学者提出证候量表应分为诊断量表与评价量表两部分分别进行研制,笔者以肝郁化热证证候量表为例,分别对证候诊断量表和评价量表进行研制。发现在明确界定证候诊断与证候评价内涵不同的基础上研制出来的《肝郁化热证证候诊断量表》和《肝郁化热证证候评价量表》分别具有更好的诊断能力和评价能力,为中医证候诊断与评价量表的编制提供了部分方法学上的参考。
[Abstract]:Some scholars put forward that the syndrome scale should be divided into two parts : diagnosis scale and evaluation scale , and the author develops the syndrome diagnosis scale and the evaluation scale by taking the syndrome scale of liver depression as an example . It is found that the syndrome diagnosis scale and the syndrome evaluation scale of syndrome diagnosis and evaluation of syndrome of liver depression have better diagnosis ability and evaluation ability , which provide some methodological reference for the development of TCM syndrome diagnosis and evaluation scale .
