非酒精性脂肪性肝病中医证型分布的文献分析

【摘要】：目的:研究非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)的中医证型分布情况,揭示其证型分布规律。方法:通过计算机检索国内外有关中医药治疗NAFLD的文献,将符合纳入标准的59篇文献进行证型分布情况统计和评价。结果:出现频次前5位的证型分别为痰瘀互结、湿热内蕴、肝郁脾虚、痰湿内阻、肝肾不足,出现例数前5位的证型分别为肝郁脾虚、湿热内蕴、痰瘀互结、痰湿内阻、脾虚痰湿。结论:痰瘀互结、湿热内蕴、肝郁脾虚是NAFLD最主要的证型。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the distribution of syndromes of NAFLDs in non-alcoholic fatty liver diseases and to reveal the distribution of NAFLDs.Methods: the literatures about TCM treatment of NAFLD were searched by computer. The distribution of syndromes was counted and evaluated according to the inclusion criteria.Results: the first five syndrome types were phlegm and blood stasis, damp-heat accumulation, liver stagnation and spleen deficiency, phlegm dampness and internal obstruction, liver and kidney insufficiency. The first five syndrome types were liver stagnation and spleen deficiency, damp-heat accumulation, phlegm and stasis accumulation, phlegm dampness and internal obstruction, respectively.Spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness.Conclusion: phlegm and blood stasis, dampness and heat accumulation, liver stagnation and spleen deficiency are the main syndromes of NAFLD.
