电针治疗慢性功能性便秘的临床观察

【摘要】：目的:通过对比电针和普芦卡必利治疗慢性功能性便秘的临床疗效,来证明电针缓解慢性功能性便秘的近期疗效不劣于普芦卡必利,从而可以使电针治疗慢性功能性便秘得到更好的推广。方法:在青岛海慈医院针灸科门诊招募72例慢性功能性便秘患者,经筛选期合格后,用随机数字表和中央随机法将合格患者按1:1比例分别向试验组(针灸组)和对照组(药物组)随机各分入36人进行治疗,试验组共治疗4周并随访4周,对照组治疗4周并随访4周,收集患者填写的筛选期、治疗期、随访期的排便日记卡,统计分析相关排便数据,比较两组方法治疗慢性功能性便秘的临床效果。结果:(1)试验组(针灸组)4周治疗期完全排尽感自主排便次数≥3次的人数不劣于对照组(药物组),两组患者治疗期无统计学差异(P0.05),两组的近期疗效相对接近。(2)试验组(针灸组)4周随访期完全排尽感自主排便次数≥3次的人数不劣于对照组(药物组),两组患者治疗期无统计学差异(P0.05),两组的治疗期疗效也相对接近,但分析针灸组患者随访期疗效的持续性较优于对照组患者。(3)试验组(针灸组)的PAC-QOL便秘特异性生活质量评分要优于对照组(药物组),患者在治疗前后有显著性差异(P0.01)。(4)试验组(针灸组)与对照组(药物组)的有效率对比,P0.01,有显著性差异,试验组(针灸组)有效率高于对照组(药物组)。结论:电针缓解慢性功能性便秘的近期疗效不劣于普芦卡必利,具有较好的临床疗效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture and prucapride in the treatment of chronic functional constipation, and to prove that the short-term efficacy of electroacupuncture in relieving chronic functional constipation is not inferior to that of prucapride.So that electroacupuncture treatment of chronic functional constipation can be better promoted.Methods: 72 patients with chronic functional constipation were recruited in Department of Acupuncture and moxibustion, Qingdao Haici Hospital.The eligible patients were randomly divided into the experimental group (acupuncture group) and the control group (drug group) at 1:1 by random digital table and central random method. The patients in the experimental group were treated for 4 weeks and followed up for 4 weeks.The patients in the control group were treated for 4 weeks and followed up for 4 weeks.
