益气活血方对气虚血瘀型慢性心衰的治疗效果及可能机理

【摘要】：目的:考察益气活血方对气虚血瘀型慢性心衰的疗效及可能机理。方法:收集2015年4月~2016年3月在四川省人民医院住院治疗并确诊的慢性心衰患者135例,按入院顺序随机分为2组,对照组65例,观察组70例,两组均予强心、利尿、扩血管及ACEI类药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予益气活血方,两组均治疗4 w。结果:治疗前两组患者心功能、6 min步行距离、肾素(REN)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、醛固酮(ALD)、末端脑利纳肽前体(NT-pro BNP)及中医证候积分差异无统计学意义(P0.05),治疗后两组患者心功能、6 min步行距离、REN、AngⅡ、ALD、NT-pro BNP及中医证候积分均显著改善(P0.05),与对照组比较,观察组改善更显著(P0.05),且观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P0.05)。2组患者均未发生严重的不良反应。结论:益气活血方可改善CHF患者心功能,具有逆转心肌重构的作用,其机理可能与抑制激活的RAAS和NT-pro BNP有关。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect and possible mechanism of Yiqi Huoxue recipe on chronic heart failure with qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods: 135 patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) who were hospitalized in Sichuan Provincial people's Hospital from April 2015 to March 2016 were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 65) and observation group (n = 70).The observation group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue decoction on the basis of the control group, both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Results: before treatment, the cardiac function of the two groups was 6 min walking distance.There was no significant difference in renin, angiotensin 鈪，
