复方关白附汤治疗气阴两虚型房性早搏的临床研究

【摘要】：目的:通过观察复方关白附汤对气阴两虚型房性早搏患者24小时动态心电图、中医临床证候的影响,评价复方关白附汤治疗房性早搏的临床疗效。方法:选择符合纳入标准的房性早搏患者40例,采用随机分组的方法分为治疗组和对照组,各为20例。治疗组予中药煎剂复方关白附汤口服,对照组予美托洛尔缓释片口服,疗程均为1月。观察治疗前后患者的24小时动态心电图房性早搏次数及中医临床证候评分的变化,分析复方关白附汤治疗房性早搏的临床疗效。结果:(1)两组患者治疗前后对24小时动态心电图的影响:治疗组与对照组均有明显改善。治疗组:显效2例,有效16例,无效2例,显效率10%,总有效率90%,无效率10%;对照组:显效4例,有效12例,无效4例,显效率20%,总有效率80%,无效率20%。两组在改善房性早搏次数上无统计学差异(P0.05)。(2)中医临床证候疗效方面:两组的临床症状均有明显改善(P0.05)。治疗组总有效率为95%,其中包括显效率为5%,有效率90%;对照组总有效率为60%,其中包括显效率5%,有效率55%。两组治疗效果有统计学差异(P0.05)。结论:复方关白附汤可减少气阴两虚型患者房性早搏次数,明显改善临床症状,是治疗房性早搏的有效方剂。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of compound Guanbai Fu decoction on 24 hour ambulatory electrocardiogram (ECG) and clinical syndromes in patients with atrial premature beats with deficiency of qi and yin, and to evaluate the clinical effect of compound Guanbai Fu decoction on atrial premature beats.Methods: 40 patients with atrial premature beats were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 20 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Guanbai Fu decoction and the control group with metoprolol sustained-release tablets for one month.To observe the changes of 24 hour ambulatory electrocardiogram atrial premature beat and TCM clinical syndrome score before and after treatment, and to analyze the clinical effect of compound Guanbai Fu decoction on atrial premature beat.Results the effect of two groups on 24 hour ambulatory electrocardiogram before and after treatment: both the treatment group and the control group were significantly improved.In the treatment group, there were 2 cases with remarkable effect, 16 cases with effective effect, 2 cases with no effect, 10 cases with obvious effect, 90 cases with total effective rate and 10% with no effective rate, while in control group, there were 4 cases with marked effect, 12 cases with effective effect, 4 cases with no effect, 20 cases with marked effect, 80% with total effective rate and 20% with no effect.There was no statistical difference in improving the number of atrial premature beats between the two groups (P0.05J. 2) the curative effect of TCM syndromes: the clinical symptoms of the two groups were obviously improved.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95, including the effective rate of 5, the effective rate of 90; the total effective rate of the control group was 60, including the effective rate of 5, the effective rate of 5550.There was significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05).Conclusion: compound Guanbai Fu decoction can reduce the number of atrial premature beats in patients with deficiency of qi and yin and improve the clinical symptoms. It is an effective prescription for the treatment of premature atrial beats.
