以太阳阳明经穴为主针刺治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:本课题旨在通过观察以太阳阳明经穴为主针刺与外用姜黄消痤搽剂两者治疗对于寻常痤疮的临床疗效对比,比较两者随访有效率的差异,以期望提高患者的生活质量,为寻常痤疮的治疗提供安全、实用、安全的临床实践。方法:选取符合纳入标准的60例患者,按照随机对照临床试验方法随机分为2组,分别为观察组(以太阳阳明经穴为主针刺)、对照组(外用姜黄消痤搽剂),每组30人。治疗组取穴:大椎、委中、中脘、下脘、气海、关元、足三里、天枢、曲池、合谷、神门。观察组治疗隔日治疗1次,每周治疗3次,对照组外擦姜黄消痤搽剂每日2-3次,3周为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。治疗结束后观察疗效,疗程结束1个月后进行随访观察。在治疗后3周、6周分别观察记录患者皮损积分情况,比较两组治疗效果及生活质量量表的变化,分析整理数据,用spss19.0系统软件进行分析。结果:试验前两组患者性别、年龄、病程以及痤疮的皮损严重程度均无统计学差异(P0.05),具有可比性。以太阳阳明经穴为主针刺治疗痤疮3周、6周后的疗效优于姜黄消痤搽剂组,具有统计学意义(P0.05);和对照组相比,以太阳阳明经穴为主针刺治疗在改善痤疮患者的皮损程度、降低痤疮数量的发生以及改善生活质量方面均具有统计学意义(P0.05);以太阳阳明经穴为主针刺治疗能够降低痤疮患者的复发,具有较好的远期疗效,且在治疗过程中无明显不良反应。结论:以太阳阳明经穴为主针刺治疗能明显降低痤疮患者皮损的严重程度,改善痤疮患者的生活质量,能明显减少痤疮患者的复发,并且无副作用,作用值得肯定。以太阳阳明经穴为主针刺治疗寻常型痤疮疗效优于姜黄消痤搽剂外用,适宜在临床上推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective: This study is designed to observe the sun meridian acupuncture and topical treatment for both Jianghuang Xiaocuo liniment to compare the clinical efficacy of acne vulgaris, the difference were both to improve the efficiency and quality of life of patients, for the treatment of acne vulgaris to provide a safe, practical, safe clinical practice. Results: the two groups before sex, age, no statistical differences between the duration and severity of acne lesions (P0.05), comparable to the sun. Yangming Meridian acupuncture treatment of acne for 3 weeks, after 6 weeks, the curative effect is better than that of Jianghuang Xiaocuo liniment group, with statistical significance (P0.05); compared with control group, the sun meridian acupuncture in the treatment of skin lesions the degree of acne patients, reduce the occurrence of acne and the number of ways to improve the quality of life were statistically significant (P0.05); the sun Yangming Meridian acupuncture therapy can reduce the recurrence of acne patients, with better long-term effects, and No obvious adverse reaction during the treatment. Conclusion: the sun meridian acupuncture therapy can significantly reduce the severity of skin lesions of patients with acne, acne and improve the quality of life of patients, can significantly reduce the recurrence of acne patients, and no side effects, effect is worthwhile. With the sun Yangming Meridian acupuncture is effective in treating acne vulgaris is better than Jianghuang Xiaocuo liniment topical, suitable for clinical application.
