七白颗粒对女性黄褐斑气滞血瘀证患者抗氧化作用及性激素水平的影响

【摘要】：目的:观察七白颗粒对女性黄褐斑气滞血瘀证患者抗氧化作用及性激素水平的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法:按照治疗方案不同将126例女性黄褐斑气滞血瘀证患者分为治疗组(66例)和对照组(60例),治疗组患者给予七白颗粒治疗,对照组给予氢醌乳膏治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组患者治疗后8周皮损评分明显低于对照组(P0.05);治疗组患者治疗总有效率和治疗总满意度明显高于对照组(P0.05);治疗组患者治疗后超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),过氧化物酶(CAT)水平均明显高于对照组,丙二醛(MDA),雌二醇(E_2),促卵泡激素(FSH),黄体生成素(LH)水平低于对照组(P0.05);两组患者安全分级比较差异无统计学意义;治疗组患者治疗后生存质量量表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分明显高于对照组(P0.05)。两组患者不良反应比较差异无统计学意义,两组患者血常规、尿常规、大便常规、肝肾功能检查结果均无明显异常。结论:七白颗粒治疗对女性黄褐斑气滞血瘀证疗效显著,可有效改善患者皮损症状、性激素水平和生存质量,抗氧化效果明显,安全性高,患者没有明显不良反应,对血常规、尿常规、大便常规、肝肾功能无显著影响,可作为优选治疗方案。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of Qibai granule on antioxidation and sex hormone level in female chloasma qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome and to explore its mechanism.Methods: 126 female patients with chloasma Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome were divided into treatment group (n = 66) and control group (n = 60). The patients in treatment group were treated with Qibai granule, and those in control group were treated with hydroquinone cream.Results: the score of skin lesions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group at 8 weeks after treatment, the total effective rate and satisfaction degree of the patients in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 0.05), and the superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidation in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The level of CAT was significantly higher than that of the control group.The levels of malondialdehyde (MDA), estradiol (E _ 2), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05), and there was no significant difference in the safety grade between the two groups, and the score of WHOQOL-BREF in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups. The results of blood routine, urine routine, stool routine, liver and kidney function were not significantly abnormal in the two groups.Conclusion: Qibai granule is effective in treating female chloasma qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome. It can effectively improve the symptoms of skin lesions, sex hormone level and quality of life, the antioxidant effect is obvious, the safety is high, the patients have no obvious adverse reactions.Urine routine, stool routine, liver and kidney function have no significant effect, can be used as the optimal treatment.
