地龙散联合芒针深刺阿是穴治疗第三腰椎横突综合征疗效观察

【摘要】：目的观察地龙散联合芒针深刺阿是穴治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的临床效果。方法将80例第三腰椎横突综合征患者随机分为2组,对照组给予地龙散+普通针刺治疗,观察组给予地龙散+芒针深刺阿是穴治疗,观察2组治疗20 d后的临床疗效及治疗前后日常生活能力(ADL)评分、临床体征评分、疼痛评分变化情况。结果观察组治疗20 d后的临床总有效率明显高于对照组;2组治疗后VAS评分、日常生活能力评分、临床症状评分均较治疗前明显降低(P均0.05),且观察组各项评分均明显低于对照组(P均0.05);2组均未见明显不良反应。结论地龙散联合芒针深刺阿是穴治疗第三腰椎横突综合征疗效显著,且安全性好,值得临床推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of Dilong Powder combined with Ashi acupoint on the third lumbar transverse process syndrome.Methods 80 patients with transverse process syndrome of the third lumbar vertebra were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with common acupuncture of Dilongsan, and the observation group was treated with deep needling of Ashi point with Dilong powder.The changes of ADL scores, clinical signs and pain scores were observed in the two groups after 20 days of treatment.Results the total clinical effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after 20 days of treatment, and the scores of VAS and ADL were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group.The clinical symptom scores were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05) and no significant adverse reactions were found in the observation group (P < 0.05).Conclusion the treatment of third lumbar transverse process syndrome by Dilong Powder combined with Ashi acupoint with long needle is effective and safe, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
