眼针治疗肝火扰心型失眠的临床对比观察

【摘要】：目的:通过观察眼针结合体针、单纯眼针治疗、单纯体针治疗对肝火扰心型失眠的临床治疗效果,讨论三种方法在治疗肝火扰心型失眠的疗效差异,从而为临床治疗肝火扰心型失眠提供更为有效的新思路,为其推广应用于临床治疗提供依据。方法:本研究选择就诊于黑龙江中医药大学附属第二医院针灸门诊的肝火扰心型失眠患者90例,按照就诊顺序随机分为眼针结合体针组、眼针组和体针组,每组各30人。每日一次,6天为一个疗程,连续针刺两个疗程,共12天,两个疗程间休息1天。三组病患在治疗前后均进行匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分量表(PSQI)、"肝郁化火型失眠症"中医证候评分表、焦虑自评分量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)的评分,并进行数据统计分析。结果:1.三组组内自身治疗前后PSQI总分、中医证候评分、SAS评分、SDS评分比较,P0.05,差异有统计学意义。2.三组组间治疗后PSQI总分比较,眼针结合体针组与眼针组和体针组比较,P0.05,差异有统计学意义。眼针组与体针组比较,P0.05,差异无统计学意义。3.三组组间治疗后中医证候评分表评分比较:眼针结合体针组、眼针组和体针组P0.05,组间无显著性差异。4.三组组间治疗后SAS、SDS评分比较,眼针结合体针组与眼针组和体针组比较P0.05,组间有显著性差异;眼针组与体针组比较P0.05,组间无显著性差异。结论:1.眼针结合体针法、单纯眼针法、单纯体针法三种方法对肝火扰心型失眠的治疗均有效,但眼针结合体针组的疗效显著高于眼针组和体针组,眼针组与体针组疗效相当。2.眼针结合体针法、单纯眼针法、单纯体针法在改善肝火扰心型失眠患者的中医症状方面疗效显著,且疗效相当。3.眼针结合体针法、单纯眼针法、单纯体针法明显改善肝火扰心型失眠患者的焦虑、抑郁症状,但试验组的疗效明显高于眼针组和体针组,眼针组与体针组疗效相当。4.眼针结合体针治疗方法可以有效的提高治疗肝火扰心型失眠临床效率,明显改善失眠患者的生活质量,是一种切实可行方法,值得继续研究,应在临床上大力推广。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of eye acupuncture combined with body acupuncture, simple eye acupuncture and simple body acupuncture on insomnia of liver fire disturbing heart type, and discuss the difference of curative effect of three methods in treating liver fire disturbing heart type insomnia.It provides a more effective new idea for clinical treatment of insomnia caused by liver fire and heart disturbance, and provides the basis for its popularization and application in clinical treatment.Methods: a total of 90 patients with liver fire and heart disturbance were randomly divided into three groups: eye acupuncture combined with body acupuncture group, eye acupuncture group and body acupuncture group, with 30 patients in each group.Once a day for 6 days as a course of treatment, continuous acupuncture for two courses, a total of 12 days, between the two courses of rest for 1 day.Before and after treatment, the patients in all three groups were assessed with Pittsburgh Sleep quality Index scale (PSQI), TCM Syndrome scale of "liver Depression and Fire Insomnia", anxiety Self-rating scale (SASN) and Self-rating Depression scale (SDS), and the data were statistically analyzed.The result is 1: 1.The total score of PSQI and the score of TCM syndromes before and after treatment in the three groups were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 0.05).The total score of PSQI in the three groups after treatment was significantly higher than that in the eye acupuncture combined with body acupuncture group and the eye acupuncture group and body acupuncture group (P 0.05).There was no significant difference between eye acupuncture group and body acupuncture group (P 0.05).Comparison of TCM syndromes score between the three groups after treatment: eye acupuncture combined with body acupuncture group, eye acupuncture group and body acupuncture group P0.05, there was no significant difference between the groups. 4.There was significant difference between the three groups in the score of SAS SDS after treatment, but there was no significant difference between the eye acupuncture group and the body acupuncture group (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the eye acupuncture group and the body acupuncture group (P 0.05), and there was no significant difference between the eye acupuncture combined with body acupuncture group and the body acupuncture group (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the eye acupuncture group and the body acupuncture group.Conclusion 1.Eye acupuncture combined with body acupuncture, simple eye acupuncture and simple body acupuncture were all effective in the treatment of insomnia caused by liver fire, but the curative effect of eye acupuncture combined with body acupuncture was significantly higher than that of eye acupuncture and body acupuncture, and the curative effect of eye acupuncture and body acupuncture was equal to that of body acupuncture.Eye acupuncture combined with body acupuncture, simple eye acupuncture, simple body acupuncture can improve the symptoms of insomnia patients with liver fire and heart disturbance, and the curative effect is equivalent to 3. 3.Eye acupuncture combined with body acupuncture, simple eye acupuncture and simple body acupuncture significantly improved the anxiety and depression symptoms of patients with insomnia caused by liver fire, but the curative effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the eye acupuncture group and the body acupuncture group. The curative effect of the eye acupuncture group and the body acupuncture group was equal to that of the body acupuncture group.The combination of eye acupuncture and body acupuncture can effectively improve the clinical efficiency and improve the quality of life of insomnia patients with liver fire and heart disturbance. It is a feasible method which is worthy of further study and should be popularized in clinical practice.
