【摘要】：介绍全国名老中医谢晶日教授对于自身免疫性胃炎的诊疗经验,认为脾胃虚弱为其本,夹瘀夹毒乃其标;诊断强调四诊合参,舌镜互参;治疗注重顾护后天,益气养阴、化瘀解毒为基本治则,随证变通,加以心理疏导,饮食调养;用药轻灵醇正,讲求补而不滞,刚柔相济,升降平衡,巧用药对,精于配伍。
