舌三针配合生物电刺激治疗中风后假性球麻痹吞咽障碍的增效观察

【摘要】：目的:通过舌三针观察组与对照组对中风后假性球麻痹吞咽功能障碍临床疗效的对比研究,以探寻临床上治疗假性球麻痹吞咽功能障碍的更有效的治疗方法和手段,更好地为临床服务。方法:将临床收集的60例中风后假性球麻痹吞咽功能障碍的患者随机分成对照组和观察组,对照组30例,舌三针(上廉泉穴及上廉泉穴左右各0.8寸)普通针刺30 min;观察组30例,舌三针普通针刺30 min后予以美国生产的e SWALLOW吞咽功能治疗仪进行生物电刺激20min;疗效评价参照洼田饮水试验,两组病例对象疗程为10 d,作3次评价,分别为治疗前、治疗5d后、疗程结束时评价。结果:对照组和观察组两组所采用的治疗手段均能改善中风后假性球麻痹患者的吞咽功能。结论:观察组疗效优于对照组(P0.01)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore a more effective treatment method and method for pseudobulbar paralysis dysphagia after apoplexy by comparing the clinical effect of tongue three acupuncture observation group and control group on dysphagia dysfunction of pseudobulbar paralysis after apoplexy.Better serve for the clinic.Methods: sixty patients with pseudobulbar palsy dysphagia after stroke were randomly divided into control group (n = 30) and observation group (n = 30), the control group (n = 30) and the control group (n = 30), and the control group (n = 30), the control group (n = 30) and the observation group (n = 30).After 30 min of common needling of tongue, the treatment instrument of e SWALLOW swallowing function made in the United States was given bioelectric stimulation for 20 minutes, and the curative effect was evaluated with reference to the test of drinking water in depressions. The course of treatment of the two groups of patients was 10 days, which was evaluated three times, before and after 5 days of treatment, respectively.Evaluation at the end of the course.Results: both the control group and the observation group could improve the swallowing function of the patients with pseudobulbar paralysis after stroke.Conclusion: the curative effect of the observation group is better than that of the control group (P 0.01).
