三甲复脉汤加减对PIGD型帕金森病抑郁和睡眠障碍的影响及其机制研究

【摘要】：目的:研究三甲复脉汤加减对姿势步态异常(PIGD)型帕金森病(PD)患者抑郁和睡眠障碍的影响,并从神经炎症、氧化应激探讨其作用机理。方法:采用前瞻性、随机、安慰剂对照试验设计,将100例入组病例按1:1比例随机分组,两组均予左旋多巴+舍曲林,治疗组予三甲复脉汤加减,对照组予中药安慰剂。疗程均为12周。在0、4、8、12周对HAMD、PDSS、UPDRSⅢ进行评定,并检测外周血IL-17、尿酸水平。结果:两组基线资料具有可比性。随着治疗时间延长,两组HAMD、UPDRSⅢ评分依次递减,并在各时间点优于治疗前(P0.05),且治疗12周后治疗组均低于对照组(P0.05)。治疗后8、12周,两组PDSS评分均优于治疗前(P0.05),且治疗组的评分改善大于对照组(P0.05)。两组外周血IL-17、尿酸水平在各时间点均优于治疗前(P0.05),且在治疗12周后治疗组均优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:三甲复脉汤加减可以显著改善PIGD型PD抑郁和睡眠障碍,并能增强左旋多巴对运动症状的疗效,其对外周血IL-17和尿酸表达的调节可能是该方作用机理之一。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the effects of Sanjia Fumai decoction (SFMT) on depression and sleep disorder in patients with PIGD type Parkinson's disease (PD), and to explore its mechanism from neuroinflammation and oxidative stress. Methods: a prospective, randomized, placebo controlled trial was used. 100 patients in the control group were randomly divided into two groups at 1:1. Both groups were treated with levodopa sertraline, the treatment group was treated with Sanjia Fumai decoction, and the control group was treated with placebo. The course of treatment was 12 weeks. The levels of IL-17 and uric acid in peripheral blood were measured at 12 weeks after 12 weeks. Results: the baseline data of the two groups were comparable.
