拔罐结合穴位埋线治疗乳腺增生症的临床研究

【摘要】：目的:通过观察拔罐结合穴位埋线治疗肝郁气滞型乳腺增生症的临床疗效,探讨该疗法治疗肝郁气滞型乳腺增生症的机制及优势,为肝郁气滞型乳腺增生症的治疗提供新的思路。方法:从广西中医药大学附属瑞康医院针灸科门诊、乳腺专科门诊及体检中心选取60例肝郁气滞型乳腺增生病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组采用拔罐结合穴位埋线进行治疗,对照组采用乳块消片口服。所有病例治疗前后均按照乳腺疼痛程度、乳腺肿块的大小、肝郁气滞证症状等方面进行积分统计。建立数据表,采用统计软件进行统计,以观察结果。结果:临床研究观察发现,观察组总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率82.7%,经秩和检验分析,观察组和对照组两组临床疗效的差异有统计学意义(P0.05),观察组的临床疗效优于对照组。观察组及对照组均对乳房疼痛程度有改善,治疗后观察组与对照组相比:t=3.565,P0.05,差异有统计学意义;说明观察组对于减轻乳房疼痛程度的效果优于对照组。观察组及对照组均对乳腺肿块大小程度有改善,但治疗后观察组与对照组相比:t=0.790,P0.05,差异无统计学意义;观察组与对照组均对肝郁气滞证症状有改善,但治疗后观察组与对照组相比:t=1.176,P0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论:拔罐结合穴位埋线治疗肝郁气滞型乳腺增生症具有疏肝理气、散结止痛的作用,其改善乳房疼痛的效果尤为明显。该疗法疗效确切,总体疗效优于口服乳块消片,因此是一种值得临床推广的治疗方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of cupping combined with catgut embedding at acupoints in the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia with stagnation of liver and qi, and to explore the mechanism and advantages of this therapy in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary gland with liver stagnation and qi stagnation. To provide a new idea for the treatment of liver stagnation of qi-stagnation type mammary gland hyperplasia. Methods: sixty patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland with liver stagnation and Qi stagnation were selected from Department of Acupuncture and moxibustion Department of Ruikang Hospital affiliated to Guangxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine, mammary gland specialist outpatient and physical examination center. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group (30 cases each). The observation group was treated with cupping combined with acupoint embedding, while the control group was treated with Rubuxiao tablets. All cases were counted according to the degree of breast pain, the size of breast mass and the symptoms of stagnation of liver qi before and after treatment. Set up the data table, use statistical software to carry on statistics, in order to observe the result. Results: clinical observation showed that the total effective rate was 93.3in the observation group and 82.7 in the control group. By rank sum test, the difference between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant (P 0.05). The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group. The observation group and the control group both improved the degree of breast pain, the observation group and the control group compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the observation group is better than the control group in reducing breast pain. The size of breast masses was improved in the observation group and the control group, but there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the size of breast mass after treatment, the observation group and the control group both improved the symptoms of liver stagnation and qi stagnation, and there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group. But there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group after treatment. Conclusion: cupping combined with acupoint embedding therapy has the effect of soothing liver and regulating qi and relieving pain, especially the effect of improving breast pain. The effect of this therapy is definite, and the overall curative effect is better than that of oral milk tablet, so it is worth popularizing in clinic.
