多中心随机对照评价中医药治疗特发性性早熟轻型疗效

【摘要】：目的:评价滋阴泻火方及滋肾清肝方治疗特发性性早熟轻型的临床疗效。方法:采用多中心、随机、单盲、阳性对照的试验设计。按照入选标准纳入154例女性研究对象,随机分到滋阴泻火组(77例)或滋肾清肝组(77例),进行为期6个月的干预。结果:(1)治疗3个月和6个月后,乳核指数组内前后比较,差异显著(滋阴泻火组:左侧P0.001、P=0.003,右侧P=0.001、P=0.018;滋肾清肝组:左侧P0.001、P0.001,右侧P0.001、P=0.001)。(2)治疗6个月后,子宫容积组内前后比较,差异有统计学意义(滋阴泻火组:P=0.028,滋肾清肝组P=0.029)。(3)治疗6个月后,卵巢容积组内前后比较,滋阴泻火组右侧卵巢容积差异有统计学意义(P=0.040)。(4)治疗3个月和6个月后,两组中医证候积分组内前后比较,差异有统计学意义(滋阴泻火组P0.001,P0.001;滋肾清肝组P0.001,P0.001)。结论:滋阴泻火颗粒剂及滋肾清肝颗粒剂均能控制特发性性早熟轻型女童的乳核大小和中医证候;其中,滋阴泻火颗粒在改善卵巢大小方面稍优于滋肾清肝颗粒。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect of Ziyin Xiehuo recipe and Zishen Qinggan recipe in treating idiopathic precocious puberty. Methods: a multi-center, random, single blind, positive control trial design was used. According to the inclusion criteria, 154 female subjects were randomly divided into two groups: 77 cases in the group of nourishing yin and purging fire) or 77 cases in the group of nourishing kidney and clearing liver for 6 months. Results after 3 and 6 months of treatment, there were significant differences before and after treatment in breast nucleus index group (left P0.001 P0. 003, right P0. 001 P0. 018; Zishen Qinggan group: left P0. 001 P0. 001, right P0. 001 P0. 001 P0. 001. 2) after 6 months of treatment, the uterine volume group was compared before and after treatment. After 6 months of treatment, there was a significant difference in the right ovarian volume between the two groups after 6 months of treatment, and the difference of the right ovarian volume between the two groups was statistically significant after 3 months and 6 months of treatment, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.01, P 0. 028, P 0. 040, P 0. 028, P 0. 028, P 0. 028, P 0. 028, P 0. 029, P 0. 029, P 0. 029). The difference between the two groups before and after the TCM syndrome integral group was statistically significant (P 0.001N P 0.001; P 0.001N P 0.001N P 0.001C). Conclusion: both ZYXH granule and Zishen Qinggan granule can control the size of milk nucleus and TCM syndromes of idiopathic precocious mild girls, among them, ZYXH granule is better than Zishen Qinggan granule in improving the size of ovary.
