毫火针治疗浅层腰背肌肉疼痛的临床疗效对照观察

【摘要】：目的:文中探讨毫火针对浅层腰背肌肉疼痛的临床疗效。方法:通过观察毫火针、推拿、常规体针三种不同方法治疗浅层腰背肌肉疼痛患者的疗效,分析毫火针治疗浅层腰背肌肉疼痛的优异之处。结果:毫火针治疗浅层腰背肌肉疼痛在治疗时间和次数上较推拿、常规体针有显著优异性,在进针点的选取、操作的简便性、镇痛效果也有其独到之处。结论:毫火针对浅层腰背肌肉疼痛的治疗操作过程不拘于穴,只是通过按压寻找痛点,简单易学,是临床上值得推广的治疗手段之一。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of neufire on superficial lumbar back muscle pain. Methods: through observing the curative effect of three different methods of acupuncture, massage and routine body acupuncture in the treatment of superficial lumbar dorsal muscle pain, the excellent points of the treatment of superficial lumbar dorsal muscle pain were analyzed. Results: the treatment time and times of superficial lumbar dorsal muscle pain by Needle Needle was better than that by massage, and the routine body acupuncture had remarkable superiority. The selection of needle entry point, the simplicity of operation, and the analgesic effect were also unique. Conclusion: the treatment of superficial lumbar back muscle pain by neufire is simple and easy to learn. It is one of the treatment methods worth popularizing in clinic.
