中药周期疗法联合热敏灸治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血43例

【摘要】：目的:观察中药周期疗法联合热敏灸治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年4月—2015年4月本院妇科门诊诊治的青春期功能失调性子宫出血患者86例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组43例。治疗组给予中药周期疗法联合热敏灸治疗,对照组给予戊酸雌二醇联合甲羟孕酮序贯周期治疗。结果:两组止血疗效比较,治疗组有效率为93.02%,对照组有效率为76.74%,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05);两组调经疗效比较,治疗组有效率为90.70%,对照组有效率为72.09%,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:中药周期疗法联合热敏灸治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血临床疗效显著。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with heat sensitive moxibustion on pubertal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods: from April 2013 to April 2015, 86 patients with puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding were selected and divided into treatment group (n = 43) and control group (n = 43). The treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine cycle therapy combined with heat sensitive moxibustion and the control group was treated with sequential cycle therapy of estradiol valerate and medroxyprogesterone. Results: compared with the two groups, the effective rate of the treatment group was 93.02 and the control group was 76.74, the treatment group was superior to the control group (P 0.05), the treatment group was 90.70%, the control group was 72.09, the treatment group was superior to the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: cycle therapy combined with heat sensitive moxibustion is effective in the treatment of puberty dysfunctional uterine hemorrhage.
