活血生肌汤对糖尿病足末梢循环的干预作用

【摘要】：目的探讨活血生肌汤对糖尿病足末梢循环的干预作用。方法选取2015年2月—2016年2月在该院诊断为糖尿病足末梢血管病变的60例患者进行研究,将其随机分为两组,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上增加活血生肌汤治疗,比较其临床效果。结果治疗3个月后,观察组患者的足趾温度、踝肱指数(ABI)、足背动脉的血管内径以及血流速度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论糖尿病足末梢循环采用活血生肌汤治疗可以明显改善循环状况,有显著的临床作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of Huoxue Shengji decoction on peripheral circulation of diabetic foot. Methods from February 2015 to February 2016, 60 patients with diabetic foot peripheral vascular disease were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group was treated with routine therapy, and the observation group was treated with Huoxue Shengji decoction. The clinical effect was compared. Results after 3 months of treatment, the toe temperature, ankle brachial index (malleolus index), blood vessel diameter and blood flow velocity of the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the treatment of diabetic foot peripheral circulation with Huoxue Shengji decoction can obviously improve the circulation status and has a significant clinical effect.
