福建及甘肃地区海洛因成瘾者中医证素特征分析

【摘要】：目的探讨福建及甘肃地区海洛因成瘾者中医证素特征。方法对福建、甘肃省下属强制戒毒所共462例自愿参加调查的海洛因成瘾者,开展毒品成瘾者中医PRO量表采集,应用证素辨证法提取中医证素。结果福建及甘肃地区海洛因成瘾者证素均有差异(P0.05),甘肃地区证素成立比例明显高于福建。福建排名前三的病位证素为脾、肾、肝,病性证素为气虚、阳虚、气滞;甘肃排名前三的病位证素为肝、肾、脾,病性证素为气虚、气滞、阳虚。结论毒品成瘾具有多脏腑功能失调,虚实夹杂的症候学特点。肝郁是毒瘾形成的重要诱因,脾肾两虚是主要病理基础,"痰"是"毒瘾"缠绵难愈特性的根本病理因素。在毒品戒断工作中,要加强对于内陆经济文化相对落后地区毒品问题的关注力度。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the characteristics of TCM syndromes of heroin addicts in Fujian and Gansu. Methods A total of 462 heroin addicts who volunteered to take part in the investigation in compulsory drug rehabilitation centers in Fujian and Gansu provinces were collected with TCM PRO scale and their TCM syndromes were extracted by syndrome differentiation. Results there was significant difference in heroin addicts' syndromes between Fujian and Gansu, and the proportion of heroin addicts in Gansu was significantly higher than that in Fujian. The top three syndromes in Fujian are spleen, kidney, liver, qi deficiency, yang deficiency, qi stagnation, and liver, kidney and spleen, and qi deficiency, qi stagnation and yang deficiency in Gansu. Conclusion Drug addiction is characterized by multiple viscera dysfunction and deficiency-solid inclusion. Liver depression is an important inducement of drug addiction, deficiency of spleen and kidney is the main pathological basis, phlegm is the basic pathological factor of drug addiction. In drug abstinence, we should pay more attention to the drug problem in the inland economic and cultural backward areas.
