《经穴解》学术特色初探

【摘要】：《经穴解》为清代医家岳含珍的一部以解释腧穴为主的针灸专书,该书编排体例不分卷次,以经脉为纲、各经脉总论和腧穴为目,着重于腧穴的穴名释义、主治病症分析和辨证分治方面的论述,尤其是腧穴主治的分析精当、说理透彻,还有分经而附录奇穴,这些内容均极具特色。该书对掌握腧穴的定位、功能、主治等具有重要的参考价值,对于当前临床中疾病的腧穴辨证应用也具有重要的指导意义,在当前的经络腧穴教学中可将该书作为参考书。
[Abstract]:< meridian Solution > > is a special book of acupuncture and moxibustion, which is the main point of interpretation of acupoints in the Qing Dynasty doctor Yue Hanzhen. The book is arranged in the form of acupoints. The book is composed of meridians and meridians, with meridians as the outline, the general theory of meridians and acupoints as the eye, the emphasis on the definition of acupoints of acupoints, the analysis of the disease and the differentiation and treatment of syndrome differentiation, especially the analysis of the main points of acupoints, the thorough reasoning, and the points. This book is of great reference value for mastering the location, function and main treatment of acupoints, and has important guiding significance for the application of acupoints in the current clinical diseases. The book can be used as a reference book in the current teaching of meridians and acupoints.
