颈椎旋转定位扳法配合刃针松解术治疗颈源性头痛的镇痛效应观察

【摘要】：目的:本课题以观察颈椎旋转定位扳法配合刃针松解术对颈源性头痛的镇痛效应为主要目的,以期为临床治疗颈源性头痛提供更加合理有效的治疗方案,并为推拿结合刃针松解术治疗颈源性头痛的临床推广应用提供理论与实践依据。方法:本课题筛选颈源性头痛患者共计60例。采用随机分配的原则,分为治疗组30例及对照组30例,治疗组用颈椎旋转定位扳法配合刃针松解术进行治疗,对照组用颈椎旋转定位扳法治疗。6次为一个疗程,隔日1次,共治疗两个疗程。观察治疗前后两组的头痛等情况,采用疼痛视觉模拟评分加权值作为评定标准,同时观察对比患者头痛的改善情况。应用SPSS17.0软件对结果进行统计与分析。结果:经过两个疗程的治疗,两组患者的疼痛视觉模拟评分明显减少,治疗组取得了很好的镇痛疗效,总有效率达96.67%,对照组总有效率为83.33%。经统计学分析,两组患者在治疗后VAS评分与治疗前相比较,有显著性差异(P0.05)。两组患者治疗后VAS评分在组间比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:颈椎旋转定位扳法配合刃针松解术对颈源性头痛具有良好的镇痛效应,并且可以有效地改善颈源性头痛患者的其他症状。该疗法疗效显著,痛苦较轻,患者易于接受,是一种值得推广的治疗方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the analgesic effect of cervical spine rotation positioning and needle lysis on cervical headache in order to provide a more reasonable and effective treatment scheme for cervical headache. It provides a theoretical and practical basis for the clinical application of massage combined with cutting needle lysis in the treatment of cervical headache. Methods: 60 patients with cervical headache were selected. According to the principle of random distribution, the treatment group was divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). A total of two courses of treatment. The headache of the two groups was observed before and after treatment, and the pain visual analogue score was used as the evaluation standard. The improvement of headache was observed and compared at the same time. The results were analyzed by SPSS17.0 software. Results: after two courses of treatment, the visual analogue score of pain in the two groups was obviously reduced. The analgesic effect was very good in the treatment group, the total effective rate was 96.677.The total effective rate in the control group was 83.33. After treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment (P 0.05). There was significant difference in VAS score between the two groups after treatment (P 0.05). Conclusion: the method of cervical spine rotation and needle release has a good analgesic effect on cervical headache and can effectively improve other symptoms of patients with cervical headache. It is an effective, less painful and easily acceptable therapy for patients.
