麻附增率汤治疗心肾阳虚型缓慢性心律失常临床观察

【摘要】：目的:观察麻附增率汤治疗心肾阳虚型缓慢性心律失常的临床疗效,从心率(最快心率、最慢心率、总心率、平均心率)和中医临床证候两方面进行观察。方法:将60例符合纳入标准的缓慢性心律失常患者,按随机、对照原则分两组。两组在年龄、性别、病情方面无显著差异。治疗组30例,对照组30例,两组都停用其它抗心律失常药物,治疗组给予麻附增率汤治疗,对照组给予心宝丸治疗,治疗时间为4周。观察治疗前后中医证候积分和最快心率、最慢心率、总心率、平均心率的变化,同时随访治疗一个月后ECG心率的变化。结果:中医临床证候积分:治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为66.67%,(P0.05)有显著差异,治疗组疗效优于对照组;24小时动态心电:最快心率、最慢心率、总心率、平均心率四项,两组均有明显提高,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05),两组间有显著性差异;随访一个月后ECG心率:对照组心率无提高,治疗组心率有提高,表明治疗组较对照组提高心率的远期效果好。结论:麻附增率汤可显著改善心肾阳虚型缓慢性心律失常患者的心悸、胸闷等症状;麻附增率汤可显著提高心肾阳虚型缓慢性心律失常患者,24小时最快心率、最慢心率、总心率及平均心率;麻附增率汤治疗心肾阳虚型缓慢性心律失常,远期疗效较好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of mafu Zengrong decoction on bradyarrhythmia with deficiency of heart and kidney yang in two aspects: heart rate (fastest heart rate, slowest heart rate, total heart rate, average heart rate) and clinical syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: 60 patients with bradyarrhythmia were randomly divided into two groups. There was no significant difference in age, sex and illness between the two groups. There were 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group. The other antiarrhythmic drugs were stopped in both groups. The treatment group was treated with Mafuzeng decoction and the control group was treated with Xinbao pills for 4 weeks. The changes of TCM syndromes score, fastest heart rate, slowest heart rate, total heart rate and mean heart rate were observed before and after treatment, and the changes of ECG heart rate after one month follow up treatment were also observed. Results: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33 and the total effective rate of the control group was 66.67 (P0.05). The curative effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group in 24 hours of dynamic ECG: the fastest heart rate, the slowest heart rate, the total heart rate and the average heart rate. The heart rate of ECG in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group after one month follow-up, the heart rate in the control group was not increased, and the heart rate in the treatment group was increased, which indicated that the long-term effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: mafuzeng decoction can significantly improve palpitation and chest tightness in patients with bradyarrhythmia due to deficiency of heart and kidney yang, and it can significantly increase the fastest heart rate and the slowest heart rate in patients with heart and kidney yang deficiency bradyarrhythmia. Total heart rate and mean heart rate, Mafuzeng decoction for chronic arrhythmias with deficiency of heart and kidney yang had good long-term effect.
