瑶药星毛冠盖藤的活性成分研究

【摘要】:星毛冠盖藤Pileostegia tomentella Hand. Mazz.为虎耳草科冠盖藤属植物,主要分布于广西、广东、福建、湖南等地。该属中多种植物为药用植物,全株具有活血散瘀功效。传统瑶医药在治疗癌症方面的独到疗效深为国内外医学界关注,瑶医常以当地称为“肿瘤藤”(或称“消瘤藤”)的草药治疗各种癌症,疗效较为独特。为了进一步开发瑶药“肿瘤藤”的药效物质基础,本课题组首先对星毛冠盖藤藤茎的化学成分进行了研究,利用多种色谱手段,综合运用现代色谱技术,从冠盖藤中分离得到45个化合物,通过理化常数和波谱分析方法,目前鉴定出其中41个化合物的结构,分别为落干酸(1),4-O-α-L-阿拉伯呋喃糖基-(1''→6')-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4S)-4-羟基基-β-紫罗兰酮(2),间苯二酚(3),祖师麻乙素(4),茵芋苷(5),伞形花内酯(6),断马钱子苷半缩醛内酯(7),邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(8),裂环马钱素(9),裂环马钱素二缩醛(10),当药苷(11),foliasalacioside B(12),苄基-O-β-D-呋喃芹糖基-(1″→6')-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(13),麦芽糖(14),葡萄糖(15),胡萝卜苷(16),1-O-(β-D-glucosyl)-2-[2-methoxy-4-(ω-hydroxypropyl)-phen-oxy]-propan-3-ol(17),(+)-lyoniresinol-3a-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(18),紫丁香苷(19),柏松苷(20),二氢柏松苷(21),but-3-enyl-β-D-glucoside(22),4-(2,3-dihyd-roxy propyl)-2,6-dimethoxy phenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(23),nikoenoside(24),原儿茶酸乙酯(25),8-甲氧基香豆素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖(26),6-O-R-L-rhamnopy-ranosyl-β-D-glucopyranoside of methyl salicylate(27),烟酰胺(28),3,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸甲酯(29),Alopecuquinone(30),鹅掌楸苷(31),2-Hydroxy-2-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-1-(hydroxymethyl)-ethyl-β-D-glucopyra noside(32),Eleuthero-side B1(33),3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxy-phenyl)-1,2,3-propantriol(34),邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(35),Aspergillusene A(36),异海松酸(37),shizukanolide E(38),β-谷甾醇(39),2.5-dimethoxyresorcinol(40),蒲公英赛醇(41),除化合物5、6、16、19、26、39外均为该属植物中首次分离得到,所有化合物均为从该植物中首次分离得到。利用MTT法对从星毛冠盖藤中分离得到的部分单体化合物进行了抗肿瘤活性研究。化合物6、7、9、10、18、26、33对细胞株SMMC7721有很好的抗肿瘤活性;化合物5、6、7对细胞株Hela有很好的抗肿瘤活性。
[Abstract]:Pileostegia tomentella Hand. Mazz. It is mainly distributed in Guangxi, Guangdong, Fujian, Hunan and other places. Many species of plants in this genus are medicinal plants, the whole plant has the effect of activating blood circulation and dissipating blood stasis. The unique curative effect of traditional Yao medicine in treating cancer has been paid close attention to by domestic and foreign medical circles. Yao medicine often treats various kinds of cancer with local herbal medicine called "tumor vine" (or "antitumour vine"), and the curative effect is more unique. In order to further develop the pharmacodynamic material basis of the Yao medicine "Neoderma", the chemical constituents of the stem of Cladocephala auriculata were studied in this paper, and the modern chromatographic techniques were used synthetically by various chromatographic methods. Forty-five compounds were isolated from Rhizoma Corydalis. The structures of 41 of them were identified by means of physicochemical constants and spectral analysis. The results were as follows: luteinic acid 4- O- 伪 -L- arabrofuran glycosyl (Afurofuranose), 尾 -Dpyranoside 4S- 4- hydroxy-尾 -ionone 2n, resorcinol 3H, Zushuoetine 4, taroidin 5n, umbelliform anilactone 6, narcine hemiacetal lactone 7, phthalic acid 7. 浜屼箼閰,
