荆防三豆饮联合仙紫散离子导入治疗儿童过敏性紫癜的临床观察

【摘要】：目的:通过临床研究观察荆防三豆饮联合仙紫散离子导入治疗儿童过敏性紫癜,评价其临床疗效,为临床用药提供参考。方法:纳入60例皮肤型过敏性紫癜患儿,随机分成两组,记录患儿性别、年龄、发病季节、临床表现、实验室检查结果等一般情况。治疗组采用内服荆防三豆饮联合仙紫散离子导入治疗,对照组仅内服荆防三豆饮治疗。分别于治疗前和治疗两个疗程后对患儿的临床症状进行评分,对结果进行统计分析。结果:1.两组患者性别、年龄、病程、体重、症候评分方面均没有统计学意义,具有可比性。2.60例过敏性紫癜患儿,其中男性35例,女性25例;年龄最大者14岁,最小者3岁;发病病程最长者4年,最短者3天;四季皆有发病,其中春季发病患儿最多,为16例,占26.6%。3.荆防三豆饮联合仙紫散离子导入治疗过敏性紫癜与荆防三豆饮治疗过敏性紫癜两组症候评分对照,其差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。提示荆防三豆饮联合仙紫散离子导入疗效优于单纯服用中药。结论:1.皮肤型过敏性紫癜患儿男性患儿较女性患儿多见;以学龄儿为主,与文献报道的流行病学一致。2.本研究中皮肤型过敏性紫癜,春季发病较多,中医辨证以风热伤络最多见。3.荆防三豆饮联合仙紫散离子导入有助于加速紫癜皮疹的消退,缩短病程,提示内外合治的综合治疗措施有助于提高临床疗效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Jingfangsandou decoction combined with Xianzi Powder in the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura in children. Methods: 60 cases of cutaneous Henoch-Schonlein purpura were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated by oral administration of Jingfangsandou Yin combined with Xianzi Powder ion-transfer therapy, while the control group was treated with Jingfangsandou Yin only. The clinical symptoms were scored before and after two courses of treatment, and the results were statistically analyzed. The result is 1: 1. There was no significant difference in sex, age, course of disease, body weight and symptom score between the two groups. There were 2.60 cases of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura, including 35 males and 25 females, the oldest being 14 years old and the youngest 3 years old. The longest course of disease was 4 years, the shortest was 3 days, and the disease occurred in all seasons, of which 16 cases occurred in spring, accounting for 26.6.3. Jingfangsandou Yin combined with Xianzi Powder Iontophoresis in the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura and Jingfangsandou Yin in the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The results suggest that the curative effect of Jingfangandou decoction combined with Xianzi Powder is better than that of traditional Chinese medicine alone. Conclusion 1. The prevalence of skin type Henoch-Schonlein purpura in male children was more than that in female children, mainly in school-age children, which was consistent with the reported epidemiology of .2. In this study, skin type hypersensitivity purpura, spring incidence is more, TCM syndrome differentiation wind heat injury is the most seen. 3. The combination of Jingfangsandou Yin and Xianzi Powder is helpful to accelerate the regression of purpura rash and shorten the course of disease. It suggests that the combined treatment of internal and external treatment is helpful to improve the clinical curative effect.
