柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗功能性室性早搏（肝胆郁热型）的临床观察

【摘要】：目的：观察柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗功能性室性早搏(肝胆郁热型)患者的临床疗效。方法：将符合标准的入选的功能性室性早搏(肝胆郁热型)患者随机分为两组,各30例,一组予倍他乐克治疗,设为对照组；一组予柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗,设为治疗组。连续观察4周。于治疗前后分别记录两组患者的中医临床症状、动态心电图、肝、肾功能等的变化,进行比较分析。结果：1、在改善中医临床症状方面,两组均能改善患者的中医临床症状,柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗组与倍他乐克对照组比较差异性显著(P0.05),柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗组优于倍他乐克对照组。2、在室性早搏疗效方面,两组均能减少室性早搏发生次数,柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗组与倍他乐克对照组比较无明显差异性(P0.05)。但柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗组对心率无影响(P0.05)。3、在提高心率变异性方面,两组治疗后均能提高患者心率变异性时域指数,且无明显差异性(P0.05)。结论：1、柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗功能性室性早搏(肝胆郁热型),能显著改善患者的临床症状。2、柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗功能性室性早搏(肝胆郁热型)能明显减少室性早搏发生次数,且不影响心率。3、柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗功能性室性早搏(肝胆郁热型)能调节自主神经功能,提高心率变异性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Chaihu plus Longgu oyster decoction on functional ventricular premature beats. Methods: the patients with functional ventricular premature beats (liver-gall stagnation and heat type) were randomly divided into two groups: one group was treated with Betaloc, and the other group was treated with Chaihu plus Longgu oyster decoction. The rats were observed for 4 weeks. The changes of TCM clinical symptoms, dynamic electrocardiogram, liver and kidney function were recorded before and after treatment. Results: 1. In terms of improving the clinical symptoms of TCM, both groups can improve the TCM clinical symptoms of the patients. Compared with Betaloc control group, Chaihu plus Longgu oyster decoction subtractive treatment group had significant difference (P 0.05), and Chaihu plus Longgu oyster decoction subtractive group was superior to Betaloc control group. In the treatment of ventricular premature beat, both groups could reduce the frequency of ventricular premature beat. There was no significant difference between the treatment group and Betaloc control group (P 0.05). But Chaihu plus Longgu oyster decoction had no effect on heart rate (P 0.05). In improving heart rate variability, the time domain index of heart rate variability was increased in both groups, and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion: 1, Chaihu plus Longgu oyster decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with functional ventricular premature beats (liver-gallbladder stagnation and heat type), Chaihu plus Longgu oyster decoction in the treatment of functional ventricular premature beats (liver-gall heat type) can be clearly improved. The frequency of ventricular premature beats was significantly reduced, And does not affect heart rate. 3, Chaihu plus Longgu oyster decoction can regulate autonomic nervous function and increase heart rate variability in the treatment of functional ventricular premature beat (liver and gallbladder stagnation and heat type).
