加味四妙散合金黄膏治疗急性痛风性关节炎30例

【摘要】：目的:探讨内服加味四妙散联合金黄膏外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选择2015年3月—2015年12月治疗的60例急性痛风性关节炎患者进行研究。按治疗方法的不同,将60例患者分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用内服加味四妙散、外敷金黄膏治疗,对照组采用口服塞来昔布胶囊、外搽扶他林乳膏治疗,比较两组治疗前后血尿酸水平、症状体征积分。结果:两组患者治疗后,与治疗前比较,两组血尿酸水平、症状体征积分均明显降低(P0.05);两组间比较,血尿酸水平无明显差异(P0.05),观察组症状体征积分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组、对照组总有效率分别为93.33%、76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);两组均未发生不良反应。结论:加味四妙散内服联合金黄膏外敷能显著改善急性痛风性关节炎患者的症状体征积分,降低血尿酸水平,临床疗效满意。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of Jiawei Simiao powder combined with Jinhuang ointment on acute gouty arthritis. Methods: 60 patients with acute gouty arthritis from March 2015 to December 2015 were studied. According to the different treatment methods, 60 patients were divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with Jiawei Simiao powder and applied Jinhuang ointment, while the control group was treated with celecoxib capsule and Fentalin cream. The level of serum uric acid and the score of symptoms and signs before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: after treatment, the levels of serum uric acid and the score of symptoms and signs in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group, but there was no significant difference in the level of serum uric acid between the two groups (P 0.05), and the score of symptoms and signs in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. In the observation group, the total effective rate of the control group was 93.33 and 76.67, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. Conclusion: Jiawei Simiao powder combined with Jinhuang ointment can significantly improve the score of symptoms and signs of patients with acute gouty arthritis, reduce the level of serum uric acid, and the clinical curative effect is satisfactory.
